Hello! I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is supportive, practical and grounded in evidenced-based practices and skills. I want to help you understand your thoughts, build coping skills and create meaningful change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected and empowered to work toward the life you want.

First session

In the first session, I'll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I'll ask some questions about your current concerns, background and what you are hoping to get out of the process, but there's no pressure to share everything at once-we go at your pace. You'll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals and next steps so you can leave with a clearer sense of direction and what to expect moving forward.

Strengths

My strengths as a therapist include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, while also providing honest and direct feedback when it's helpful for growth. I'm skilled at helping clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviors and I offer practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. I strive to balance empathy with structure and supporting clients while also helping them stay focused on their goals and progress.

Ideal clients

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or patterns in negative thinking that feel hard to break. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting relief from feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected and are motivated to better understand themselves. Together, we focus on building insight, developing healthier coping skills, improving communication and creating meaningful and lasting change aligned with your personal goal.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to challenge and reframe them.
