As a psychotherapist, my vocation is supporting individuals, working together on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and learning to thrive from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, and when it is most convenient for you. My work commonly addresses individuals experiencing difficulties in life due to problems stemming from difficulties early in life, anxiety, depression, major life changes, academic challenges (undergrad, graduate, post-graduate studies), the discomfort of feelings that go along with hypervigilance, procrastination, and perfectionism.
Sometimes, we need help from someone new, experienced with developing collaborative relationships to find strengths we take for granted, and to embrace that we can be the person we’re meant to be.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or major life changes? Let’s talk!
I do not prescribe medication, and I do not see clients under the age of 18.

My background includes extensive experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, care coordination, and clinical supervision, giving me a deep understanding of both emotional well-being and the real-life systems that can impact mental health. Whether you are struggling with stress, navigating a difficult life transition, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking greater balance and fulfillment, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey.
I am a master’s level licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC), (LPC) and credentialed SUD Counselor (CASAC-A) (CADC II) with training and expertise in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic treatment. We have all acquired ways of coping that get in the way of our development, and manifest as emotional pain, such as anxiety and depression. I work with clients to identify and reduce these painful symptoms. Clients are then freer to use their energy in pursuit of their goals. I work with young, midlife, and older adults. I develop a safe and collaborative relationship with clients. In that context, I do short and long-term psychotherapy and train clients to use specific protocols to modify symptoms that are in the way of personal and professional functioning. I consider it an honor to work alongside you, and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Are you ready to Battle It With Therapy?
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and Florida with over eight years of post-professional experience, dedicated to helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBT-related issues, and compassion fatigue.
I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story can be heard and your healing can begin. Taking the first step into therapy isn’t easy, but it’s powerful and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Together, we’ll work toward resilience, growth, and balance in your life.
Let’s Battle It With Therapy. Your journey starts now.
I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning.
I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create more intentional, balanced lives. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s in relationships, life transitions, or their own internal dialogue.
Many clients enter into therapy feeling uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. Hello I am Maurice a Licensed Professional Counselor I chose to become a therapist after serving over 30 years as a public servant. I also take pride in being a U.S Army veteran. I bring to each session a broad spectrum of life experiences in public, government & military settings. I feel that my experiences have provided me with a unique insight into the challenges that clients may face and have shaped my empathetic spirit and relatable perspective to treatment. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Governors State University.
Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you?
If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance.
As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it.
My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

My name is Erika Cuttray, I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Georgia. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 shadowing and preparing to become a therapist. I am a graduate of Savannah State University School of Social Work in Savannah Georgia where I started my career.
I started my work as a therapist intern at a psychiatric facility, graduated, and went on to become a child therapist. During that time I worked with families and their children, dealing with all types of issues from divorce to childhood traumas. Additionally, I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in crisis coming from acute and psychiatric settings. In the past, I worked as a therapist on teenage girl units, and the autism unit as well as younger children and older boys. I was afforded the opportunity to assess children and adolescents in times of crisis and process unexpected life challenges. I worked with a team of qualified individual's severe and persistent mental illnesses through clinical assessments, risk assessments, intake assessments, and client evaluations.
The main form of treatment modalities I like to utilize is cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, I also utilize mindfulness, solution-focused and client-centered tactics. We will discuss strengthening communication and working as a team in therapy. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, lay out expectations, and help you utilize tools that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Working together we can achieve a great outcome for your life. Not just for today, but for the long haul.

Clients find that I genuinely like people from all walks of life, I am non-judgmental, and I am an excellent listener. Research supports, and I believe, that a strong client-counselor relationship is the most important part of the counseling experience and creating that bond is my goal. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and working with you to achieve your personal goals.
