I am a board-certified clinical psychologist who helps people understand what’s actually driving what they’re experiencing and, what to do about it. My background includes working within a large, complex healthcare system, where I have supported individuals across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and more complex mental health conditions. That experience allows me to work comfortably with both straightforward and more layered challenges.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns they can’t quite make sense of. One of the first things I focus on is helping you see the full picture clearly. I place a strong emphasis on education and insight, not in a clinical or overwhelming way, but in a way that helps things finally click.
My approach is both structured and collaborative. I will listen closely, but I’m also actively thinking with you, identifying patterns, offering perspective, and helping you connect experiences in a way that leads to meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and action-oriented. I help people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling more grounded, connected, and purposeful. In our work together, you’ll build practical tools, explore unhelpful patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can make choices that align with the life you want to create.
My goal is to offer a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it helps you feel more like yourself- clearer, calmer, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll focus on interrupting old patterns and building new skills that help you move forward with confidence.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
Hi, I'm Jared - a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/LMHC/LPC who's passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to help clients from diverse backgrounds, ages and life situations, which has given me a deep understanding of the many ways people struggle and the many ways in which they can heal.
There are times in our lives when patterns that once served us well begin to inhibit us from moving forward and progressing. My goal is to identify these patterns, provide insight into their origins, and work with you to build a healthier and more enjoyable way of living.

Intentional, mind–body therapy—our work together supports deeper, lasting healing.
I help adults (18+) heal anxiety, depression, and trauma at the mind–body level. If you feel overwhelmed, weighed down by depression, or stuck in survival mode, therapy can help you move toward deeper, lasting healing — not just coping. I often work with individuals who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stressed, exhausted, or stuck internally.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness and mind–body therapy, with options like Brainspotting available when it feels like a good fit for your needs. I believe the mind and body already hold the capacity to heal, and therapy can help you reconnect with that inner strength.
Our work together will move at your pace in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I take a collaborative approach focused on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control. Many clients begin to experience greater calm, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self over time.

I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

Her goal is for all her patients to become open to gaining new perspectives and be willing to explore family dynamics and upbringings that have developed them into the persons they are today. Tara works with her clients to assist them with changing any self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.

You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy I have learned to ascribe to the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran I know all too well the shame that comes with our personal choices and behaviors. I also know there is also a fear of JUDGEMENT when it comes to considering therapy. This is a no-judgement zone and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life then you have landed at the right place!
