I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
I have over 17 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families navigate their mental health journey. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client where mutually agreed upon goals will be established and worked towards. Successful therapy requires the establishment of a trusting, nurturing and respectful environment coupled with a high level of therapeutic skills on the part of the clinician. I currently am seeing clients that are 13 and older for individual therapy in both in-person and virtual settings.

I like to view psychotherapy and the therapeutic relationship as having a personal trainer for your emotional well being and personal life. It can teach relational skills and promote healing. It requires a commitment to yourself and serves as an investment. The return on that investment can be achieving goals, growth, and emotional satisfaction.
There are many reasons someone may seek out a therapist, regardless of those reasons my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows for healing and growth.

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of trauma. I have experience working with adults who are survivors of complex trauma and suffer from depression, anxiety, and addiction.
My approach is strength-based and client-centered with modalities from Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe most people stagnate in change because they are afraid and don’t know what to do. Many clients have told me they “feel like they are going crazy.” I am here to tell you that you are not crazy. Your mind and body are reacting to a traumatic event, and many things you do to cope with that event are to help you deal with the trauma, “normal responses to an abnormal situation.”
My approach is simple: break down the problem into parts and gradually work on “unpeeling the layers.” This process is not easy and is often painful. However, it will be worth it because you will experience a freedom you never knew was possible. I want you to learn to thrive and live a full life instead of just surviving daily.
I graduated from Berry College with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2003 and Kennesaw State University with my Master’s in Social Work in 2014. I have 22 years of mental health experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Welcome and thanks for visiting my profile here at Grow! My name is Tiffany, and I am an original native of Memphis, Tennessee. However, I was raised in Stone Mountain/Lithonia, GA, and began my academic journey in Augusta, GA. In 2012, I completed my undergraduate training at Paine College, where I achieved my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with an emphasis in pre-professional studies. Seeking to understand more about human interaction and behavior, I developed an intense passion for mental health which led me to the obtainment of my Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology with a special concentration in Behavioral Health from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
As I grew to learn and understand more about the role and impact of significant relationships and systemic issues on individual mental health, I went on to pursue and obtain my second Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University in 2022. My career journey highlights extensive hands-on experience in nearly every realm of the practice of mental/behavioral health to include child & adolescent counseling, family, marriage, and couples counseling, as well as forensic and geriatric psychology, applied behavior analysis, international education coordination services, substance abuse treatment, case management, inpatient psychiatric/crisis intervention, and treatment servicing at-risk youth in secure facilities. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing, eating, and traveling.
Intentional, mind–body therapy—our work together supports deeper, lasting healing.
I help adults (18+) heal anxiety, depression, and trauma at the mind–body level. If you feel overwhelmed, weighed down by depression, or stuck in survival mode, therapy can help you move toward deeper, lasting healing — not just coping. I often work with individuals who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stressed, exhausted, or stuck internally.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness and mind–body therapy, with options like Brainspotting available when it feels like a good fit for your needs. I believe the mind and body already hold the capacity to heal, and therapy can help you reconnect with that inner strength.
Our work together will move at your pace in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I take a collaborative approach focused on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control. Many clients begin to experience greater calm, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self over time.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you.
I’m Nikah, a compassionate and creative therapist who blends expressive arts with evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals who are not only thinking of change, but ready to take the steps ready to show up for themselves—those seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
I support clients through identity exploration, life transitions, work-life balance, mood challenges like anxiety and depression, and relationship or communication struggles. My approach encourages self-discovery, emotional resilience, and authentic expression.
Together, we transform reflection into action, helping you uncover your strengths, set clear goals, and make lasting change. The impact of our work extends beyond the therapy room—clients leave feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to their true selves.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward self-discovery, healing, and growth. With over 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families in schools, homes, and clinical settings, I help clients uncover their strengths, build supportive relationships, and create a foundation for lasting well-being.

Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.

Her diverse experience was derived from working in an all-male maximum-security prison, her position as a school counselor to provide counseling services to children in need of temporary, situational, and/or ongoing emotional challenges, her years acting as a mobile crisis assessor, and her role as supervisor for a state-wide crisis hotline. Additionally, she worked as a Military Family Life Counselor for 10 years overseas in Europe (German and Italy) and stateside.
Tara believes that individuals who are entering counseling should feel comfortable and safe which is why she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that highlights channeling negative thoughts into positive ones. She believes that stressors in one’s life can feel unmanageable, but she helps her clients to maximize their resiliency and come to view the challenge as a bump in the road --a bump that can be moved past into a successful healthier path. Her goal is for all her patients to become open to gaining new perspectives and be willing to explore family dynamics and upbringings that have developed them into the persons they are today. Tara works with her clients to assist them with changing any self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
She truly believes that caring for yourself and your relationships are the most important task that you will ever have.
