I help adults struggling with mental health symptoms, stress and trauma, relationship difficulties, or substance abuse. My initial goal is to thoroughly understand a patient's current life, history, and areas of concern. I then strive develop and implement an individualized plan for recovery and goal achievement based on the patient's needs and preferences.
My hours are 2pm to 9pm Thursday - Friday. I'm not available any day before 2pm, so please keep this in mind as you make your decision. Please be aware that there is a charge for late cancelations and missed appointments, this includes the intake appointment.
