New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, offering a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is practical and strengths-based, using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help you build coping skills, gain clarity, and move forward in ways that feel right for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a gentle introduction where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you in, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and safe as we begin working together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths are helping clients gain clarity, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or gently curious about change. If you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or a life transition and want a supportive space to feel heard and grounded, we may be a good fit. I offer a calm, compassionate approach and move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using CBT, I support you in identifying thought patterns that may be holding you back and replacing them with healthier, more helpful ways of coping.
Motivational Interviewing
My approach using Motivational Interviewing is collaborative and non-judgmental, supporting you in identifying what matters most to you and moving forward at your own pace.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach to help you move forward by building on your strengths and goals.
