First session
In the first session, we will get to know one another, discuss challenges you are facing, and talk about goals and expectations for therapy so I can create a tailored plan for us to work through in the following sessions. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in genuine care. I help clients untangle overwhelming thoughts and emotions while building practical tools for everyday life.

Therapy is not one sized fits all and each client has different needs to help them heal and thrive. I personalize therapy for each individual client and am led with empathy, respect, and encouragement. I meet you where you at and help you get to where you want to be! My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, steadier, and more confident in your ability to navigate whatever you're facing.
