I am a interactive therapist who mainly combines DBT with CBT to assist client with learning how to better manage feelings of distress. My therapeutic approach is to provide support, empowerment and therapeutic guidance to help clients address personal life challenges. I integrate methodologies and therapeutic techniques to offer individualized treatment to each client. I believe no one is exempt from life's circumstance and working toward mental wellness is something everyone needs at one time or another in life.

As a therapist and human being, my greatest strength is to meet people where they are and partner with them to work towards getting them closer to where they want to be. Mental wellness is about learning how to manage distressful responses to life for life betterment.

My past experience as a therapist match with years of therapeutic training has positioned be to best serve individuals who have challenges managing feelings of depression, low self-esteem, excessive worry, indecisiveness and/or recovering from trauma. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a clinician I have had extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) over the course of my career. As a CBT therapist, I focus sessions around assisting client's with identifying, exploring and processing contribution factors to feelings of distress. We then work together to learn and practice implementing coping skills to decrease the impact of contributing factors to decrease feelings of distress and improve management.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

As a trained Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, it is a delight assisting clients with learning how to implement coping skills the direct the mind to focus on the current moment in efforts to decrease feelings of distress associated with distress promoting thoughts.
