My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.
My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.
Hi, I am Erma Croom, a trauma informed, compassionate therapist, and spiritual companion for individuals who have spent years holding others. With decades of experience in pastoral leadership, chaplaincy and clinical counseling, I bring a rare blind of psychological insight, spiritual depth, and lived wisdom to my work. I offer a grounded, compassionate authority--one that creates safety, invites pause, and honors the sacredness of each person's story.
You wake up in the morning and wonder if today is the day you'll be exposed as a "fraud". Your twisting and turning on the inside. Everything inside you hurts. Your head is spinning with thoughts of what your life should be like. The voice's inside your head keep telling you you're a failure as a person, as a partner, and as a parent. You feel the the "weight of the world" pushing down on you. You're tired. You're tired of being tired. You are ready to reclaim your life. You are ready to make a change!
Hiii, I'm Dr. Ibbie! I understand firsthand how exhausting anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles can be. Clients often describe me as warm, relatable, and solution-focused. I balance insight with practical tools, helping you understand the deeper patterns driving your struggles while also giving you concrete strategies to create change in everyday life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, build self-trust, and create healthier relationships with both yourself and others.

Tara Sanders is a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and has been in the mental health field for 20 + yrs. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University and earned her Master’s of Science degree from Abilene Christian University. She has a wide range of career experience that allows her to adapt to the varied needs of her clients. Her diverse experience was derived from working in an all-male maximum-security prison, her position as a school counselor to provide counseling services to children in need of temporary, situational, and/or ongoing emotional challenges, her years acting as a mobile crisis assessor, and her role as supervisor for a state-wide crisis hotline. Additionally, she worked as a Military Family Life Counselor for 10 years overseas in Europe (German and Italy) and stateside.
Tara believes that individuals who are entering counseling should feel comfortable and safe which is why she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that highlights channeling negative thoughts into positive ones. She believes that stressors in one’s life can feel unmanageable, but she helps her clients to maximize their resiliency and come to view the challenge as a bump in the road --a bump that can be moved past into a successful healthier path. Her goal is for all her patients to become open to gaining new perspectives and be willing to explore family dynamics and upbringings that have developed them into the persons they are today. Tara works with her clients to assist them with changing any self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
She truly believes that caring for yourself and your relationships are the most important task that you will ever have.
Greetings! My name is Magnolia Hood and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) proudly serving the residents of the state of Florida. I am an implant to Florida from the Midwest, with over 15 years of experience; holding additional training in trauma-informed therapies. Life can be difficult and there are many times that experiences can cause us more difficulty to adjust or cope with things that we need support from someone that can serve as a neutral party to help to identify the issues and determine how best to address them. I have worked in a number of treatment environments: residential, outpatient, substance abuse, and collegiate mental health. As your therapist I am the ultimate collaborator. I partner with you to help you to meet the goals that you desire to live the life that you envision.
Hi there!
I'm a therapist who specializes in helping people overcome people-pleasing tendencies and trauma. You might be tired of constantly putting the needs of others before your own, feeling like you're never enough, or struggling to set healthy boundaries. It can be overwhelming to navigate these challenges on your own, but together, we can work towards building your self-esteem, creating space for your own needs, and developing new ways of communicating with others.
If you've experienced trauma, it can be difficult to trust others and feel safe in your everyday life. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that make it hard to move forward. I want you to know that healing is possible, and you don't have to go through this alone. Using evidence-based therapies like Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can help you process your experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about being a therapist and actually feels called to it. I believe that we all deserve to live a meaningful and fulfilled life, where we feel ACCEPTED, HEARD, SEEN, CARED FOR, and VALUED. I have a genuine interest about people… about how we became the people that we are, who and what influenced are decisions, what we believe, and how they contribute to the ways we think, feel and behave. I am zealous about helping people know and appreciate who they really are, and not just what people and experiences have conditioned them to believe they should be.
My main areas of focus are on Anxiety, Attachment Issues, Self-Worth and Trauma where I infuse a mixture of CBT, EMDR, Inner Child, Parts Works and Reality therapy in our sessions to achieve your goals in therapy. However, the greatest help I provide is giving you different perspectives and insight that you may have not been considered before, which in turn may change the way you feel and think about the situation. It is my hope that after understanding how your past has shaped how you view your current circumstances, and presses on your future, that you can heal from it and move forward.
My Christian faith is also a big part of who I am and how I view the world. For those interested in incorporating Christian counseling in sessions this can be an amazing way to grow your faith, and help to reestablish your belief in God and how He sees you. I understand that not everyone feels or believes the way I do, and that is perfectly fine. Being a Christian is not a requirement to meet with me, nor does it have to influence our sessions unless desired.
I am a person centered therapist dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I work along with clients to help them build self awareness, confidence, resilience, and personal growth through a holistic approach that supports the whole person.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self esteem concerns, and mindset barriers. I tailor each session to meet the client’s unique needs and goals while using evidence based approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths based therapy.
My goal is to empower clients to create positive change, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to build.
"HEALING, TRANSFORMATION and ultimately MANIFESTATION!!!" is my motto. I want every individual I work with to define their power in the world by overcoming and expanding from any barriers to PERSONAL GROWTH! I work with adults on parenting issues, domestic violence, past trauma, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress and depression. I work with children/adolescents in areas of trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger issues, depression, LGBTQ issues, grief/bereavement, and abuse. I work with couples/families to remove any ongoing barriers and assist with fostering ongoing healthy communication with all members of the family.
I am a compassionate and client-centered practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I believe that growth happens in a safe, respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
With a focus on practical tools and deeper self-understanding, I work to help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and move toward the life they want to live.

Hi. I'm Christine. Over-stressed and demoralized these days? Are familiar activities and places that you've found soothing suddenly not offering relief from anxiety and depression? Are you caught in the comparison trap? Spiraling in a bad algorithm? I will help you find meaningful connection, improve relationship skills, and teach emotional regulation strategies. Life transitions can be tricky too, and it can be helpful to talk though periods of loss and change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in journalism, gardening, and photography. I am passionate about creating habitats for local wildlife and believe one's relationship with the natural world is impactful to their level of overall wellness. Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with clients to enhance their well-being, drawing on my experience across diverse settings, including hospital Emergency Departments, psychiatric units, community organizations, and mental health agencies. My professional journey includes supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, assisting those facing mental illness, and working with people who have experienced homelessness and hopelessness. I have also provided both individual and group therapy within clinical settings.
Counseling Philosophy
At the core of my counseling practice is the belief that meaningful change occurs through collaboration and purposeful effort. I view my clients as the experts in their own lives and encourage them to take an active role in their treatment by investing time and energy in the process. Together, we identify the outcomes that matter most to the client and work to ensure consistent progress toward those goals. My approach centers on empowering clients by fostering self-awareness and resilience, and I am dedicated to ensuring every individual feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Commitment to Client Autonomy
What distinguishes my counseling style is a steadfast commitment to honoring each client’s autonomy. For example, I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety and self-doubt. By collaborating closely, we identify the client’s unique strengths and develop practical coping strategies tailored to their needs. As clients move through this process, they gradually regain their confidence and begin taking meaningful steps toward their desired outcomes. This experience reinforced for me the importance and effectiveness of a supportive, empowering therapeutic alliance. In every interaction, my focus is on achieving the best possible results and facilitating lasting, positive change.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.

As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively.
Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life.
Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

I'm wondering if you have situations in your life that feel overwhelming and difficult to manage. Perhaps you are feeling down, anxious or just overloaded. It can be a challenge to cope effectively when you have numerous areas to balance in your life. Whatever you are experiencing, I am here to offer support, understanding and solution-focused skills to help you grow and move forward.
It can be difficult to reach out to a therapist, and I believe it will help to know that I am motivated by my genuine love for people. I have a strong, personal commitment to provide a compassionate approach, taking time to truly get to know you and understand your situation.
You are not alone as you work to improve your life. I will be with you and will join you in the important work of moving forward and improving your life!
For 11 years, I’ve helped people stop living on autopilot and start living with intention. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and Christian counseling, guiding clients who are ready to confront the patterns that keep sabotaging their peace. My work goes beneath the surface into the subconscious beliefs and habits that quietly shape your life so you can finally bring them into the light, break them, and rebuild from a place of clarity and strength. I don't want you to just cope. I help you design the version of yourself you were always meant to become.
I’ve been providing direct therapy since 2008 and am currently licensed to practice in three states. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, grounded in the belief that each individual processes and learns differently—so therapy should reflect that. Whether short-term or long-term, I’m here to support you in gaining new insight, building confidence, and moving forward in your life and relationships.
Hello, and welcome. I am a licensed therapist who believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to be heard and understood. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to create an environment where all individuals feel respected, valued, and accepted. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
