I utilize the integrative approach (Cognitive Behavioral and Person-centered to therapy). Individual, couples, group, and grief therapy is offered to clients. I am an ordained minister who offer Christian Counseling to those who desire faith-based counseling. I am family oriented. I have 3 wonderful adult children + 3 adult children through marriage and a host of grand. In addition, I am married to Jeffrey Lewis, who I serve alongside in ministry. Jeffrey is also an Ordained Minister, Credentialing Coordinator and Certified Career & Life Coach.

I focus mostly on Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to allow clients to safely and openly share their struggles and help them gain insight and motivation for change in their own lives but frequently apply other modalities based on the needs clients as I am client centered. I am also solution focused so that we can get started as soon as clients are comfortable to begin this journey.
