Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I will ask various questions to get to know you better. We will also begin to explore goals that you would like to work on and develop a plan to reach those goals. Depending on your circumstances, the following interventions may be applied: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Solution Focused Brief Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Ultimately, I want you to gain insight and learn skills which will help you feel better and cope better.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a non-judgemental and confidential space for clients to share their experiences and feelings. I am willing to adapt the different therapeutic approaches depending on the client's specific needs and preferences.
