Things have started falling apart around you. You're worried about losing a relationship, your job, or worse. People close to you have started to mention they are worried about you. A part of you wants to change, but you're stuck between unbearable emotions and trying to keep everything under control. And it's not working out. You may be lashing out, drinking more, or avoiding people close to you. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, shame from the past, or out-of-control substance use, you don’t have to stay where you are – suffering. You’re resilient and persistent, and right now, you’re just stuck.
I help people recover from being stuck in anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or the shame that comes with out-of-control substance use. I can help you figure out how to get back on track by teaching you the tools you’ll need to manage your feelings and problems and how to recover your relationships. No one needs to go through what you are feeling, alone.
If you are ready for a new strategy and to try something different, I can help. The biggest result I could give you is to help you remove barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals. I do this with DBT, Brainspotting, and other therapy techniques. Take the first step and schedule an appointment online.

I'm able to engage clients in a warm and compassionate way that strengthens and empowers them to take on life's challenges.
I’m a mental health professional with a deep and varied background in education, counseling, human services, and advocacy. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside adults, youth, and families navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and the lasting weight of systemic challenges like poverty, incarceration, and intergenerational trauma. I don’t just see symptoms, I see people. Whole people. And I meet them exactly where they are.
Welcome and thanks for visiting my profile here at Grow! My name is Tiffany, and I am an original native of Memphis, Tennessee. However, I was raised in Stone Mountain/Lithonia, GA, and began my academic journey in Augusta, GA. In 2012, I completed my undergraduate training at Paine College, where I achieved my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with an emphasis in pre-professional studies. Seeking to understand more about human interaction and behavior, I developed an intense passion for mental health which led me to the obtainment of my Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology with a special concentration in Behavioral Health from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
As I grew to learn and understand more about the role and impact of significant relationships and systemic issues on individual mental health, I went on to pursue and obtain my second Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University in 2022. My career journey highlights extensive hands-on experience in nearly every realm of the practice of mental/behavioral health to include child & adolescent counseling, family, marriage, and couples counseling, as well as forensic and geriatric psychology, applied behavior analysis, international education coordination services, substance abuse treatment, case management, inpatient psychiatric/crisis intervention, and treatment servicing at-risk youth in secure facilities. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing, eating, and traveling.
I am deeply passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while always honoring your unique story and experiences. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you work through challenges and reconnect with your strengths. If you’re ready to do the deeper work, I’m here to walk alongside you.
