Hey! I’m D’Alma!
Do you have a hard time saying no? Are you the "strong" friend? Do you feel stuck? Are you having a hard time moving through and past the emotional turmoil? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you have found the right place.
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. I am here to help you. Therapy is a partnership. We will work together to achieve your goals.
You have done the hard part, reaching out for help. Let me help you through the rest.
I believe my role as a therapist is similar to both a detective and a tour guide in helping you navigate and explore who you are, where you've been, who you want to become, and where you want to go. I am also a personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, providing separate services in those areas as well.
I’ve enjoyed working with clients who are looking for change in their lives and are willing to take an honest look at patterns and behaviors that have historically led to conflict or unhappiness. The amazing aspect of working with these clients is that they often already know what needs to be done. Having a nonjudgmental space to explore behavior patterns that oppose what they say they want to accomplish, helps to bring these behaviors into the light and enable self-identified changes needed for success. As a counselor, I feel it is my job to act as a mirror so that clients can see themselves more clearly, and not to give advice, that, on some level, they already know needs to happen. My goal is to be the client's most avid cheerleader.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, I proudly served in the United States Army, where I witnessed firsthand how uniquely each person experiences trauma and life stressors. These experiences deeply shape the lens through which I support my clients today. Now based in Savannah and a devoted mother, I am committed to helping others discover clarity, resilience, and the best version of themselves.

I have been practicing psychotherapy part-time for about 30 years while I was a full-time college professor at the University of Miami, The University of Tennessee at Martin, and Middle Georgia State University. Since 2023, I decided to retire from Higher Education and practice full-time as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Macon, GA. Every time I meet with a client, I consider it a "holy" moment when someone allows me to enter into their inner space and I can share some of mine to establish a genuine connection with a fellow sojourner.

Hi, I’m Mallory Skelton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience supporting adults in residential, outpatient, and private practice settings. Hello, I hope you're doing well. My name is Lakeicha and I'm a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working to assist others in improving their overall quality of life and well-being for over 20-years. I have worked with all populations including inpatient, military, and incarcerated. Hi, I’m LaNae! Think of me as the therapist who brings equal parts humor, warmth, and honesty into the room. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary—it can be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and even laugh a little along the way. I’m not a one size fits all therapist. However, if I am a match we will take great strides and efforts to reach your goals.
Hi, I’m Jaylin. I’m a licensed professional counselor, a mother, a woman of faith, and a human being who has had her own share of late-night questions, heavy seasons, and quiet breakthroughs.
I became a therapist long before I had the title. Life taught me how to hold space, how to listen beneath the surface, and how to walk with people through fear, grief, transition, and the deep ache of wanting more out of life and relationships. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, to feel stretched thin, to question your purpose, to love deeply, and to rebuild yourself after seasons that shook everything.
My approach is calm, real, and non-judgmental. I don’t believe in forcing you into a mold or talking over your experience. I believe in helping you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and clarity that’s already inside you—because I’ve had to find my own, too. Healing isn’t about pretending things are fine; it’s about having a safe place to lay it all down and grow at your own pace.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands both the emotional and spiritual layers of this journey—and who can meet you with empathy, honesty, and a little bit of hard-earned insight—I’d love to walk with you.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone. You’re allowed to be held while you find your way.
Great to meet you!

Hello! Is something holding you back from living life to your fullest potential? Feeling stuck? Anxious? Experiencing a difficult life transition? Depressed and unable to thrive in your current life situation?
As a licensed professional clinical counselor and board certified somatic psychotherapist, I will address your concerns with an integrated approach that honors the sacredness of your body, mind & spirit. The body is the carrier of all of our lived experiences, and there is so much wisdom within each of us.
I bring a unique perspective of nervous system functioning through Chi for Two® a mindful embodiment method. Scientist Stephen Porges created polyvagal theory. Polyvagal theory helps us recognize anxiety and depression as symptoms of trauma.
When we experience trauma, our bodies create nervous system patterning that gets passed down over generations. When our ancestors experienced trauma, their bodies created nervous system patterning that got passed down to us.
Chi for Two partner practices help us heal multi-generational trauma.
I am interested in tapping into the internal resources you already possess, while providing you with accessible skills to support your journey towards having a life worth living become a reality.
