I have been in working in the mental health field for the last 15 years and find purpose in helping to lighten the load of those that I work with. I focus on creating a safe place where each person feels valued and is able to explore their inner self. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Extensive training and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients over the last 15 years. Focus on helping clients to identify core beliefs and utilize cognitive restructuring to help challenge hurtful beliefs and thought patterns.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

CBTi trained. Work with clients to develop healthy sleep patterns to overcome insomnia. Address any other diagnosis that may impact their sleep.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Incorporate mindfulness into sessions to assist client to be aware of thoughts and feelings and to help regulate their mind and body.
