About me

With over 15 years experience working in the mental health field, I have found purpose in helping to lighten the load of those that I work with . I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where each person feels valued and able to explore their inner self. I am passionate about helping people reclaim a sense of balance, calm, and control in the midst of life’s challenges. My approach is practical, grounded, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, combining evidence-based techniques with empathy, support, and real-world strategies. I guide and empower clients to develop tools they can use every day, helping them feel more resilient, confident, and in control of their lives. Together, we balance exploring thoughts and emotions with practical strategies to gain relief and develop skills that make a meaningful difference in your daily life. We will work collaboratively toward tangible changes that make everyday life feel lighter and more manageable. I help to assist clients to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and feel more in control of their lives. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I work to make the process comfortable, collaborative, and judgment-free. My goal is to provide a compassionate, personalized approach that empowers you to navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful growth. If you’re ready to explore new ways to cope and feel more balanced, I’d love to come alongside you to help you reach your goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, talk about your goals and expectations, and begin creating a plan to support you in reaching them. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make this first step as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while working toward their goals. I collaborate closely with each person to develop a treatment approach that fits their unique needs and supports meaningful progress. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s both compassionate and action-oriented, helping clients gain relief while building lasting skills. My approach balances challenge and support—encouraging growth and self-discovery while providing guidance and understanding along the way. I approach therapy as a partnership, meeting people where they are and supporting them at every step of their journey. I love connecting with my clients, helping them feel truly heard, and guiding them toward becoming the best version of themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who are looking for someone to come alongside them as they move toward their ideal version of themselves. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and I am here to provide support, guidance, and practical tools to help you reach your goals. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, low mood, trauma, or challenges in relationships. You value a collaborative and supportive approach and are open to a balance of self-reflection and actionable strategies to create meaningful change. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated to grow but may feel stuck or overwhelmed, and I focus on helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
