Do you feel you are everywhere and nowhere simultaneously? Are you struggling to figure out how to find balance or real happiness? Do you want to change your life but just don't know how? Hi, I am Crystal and I am here to help! But HOW can I help, you may be thinking? Well, I can provide you with a safe and non judgemental space in which you can re-focus on what is truly important to you by walking along side of you on your therapeutic journey of self-awareness. Together we will develop a treatment plan that will help us reach your desired outcomes. I have found that incorporating the arts into therapy is quite beneficial since sometimes words can not capture our emotions as intensely or as accurately as a song or piece of art can. I also love to use mindfulness and bibliotherapy with clients and have been amazed at the success of using all of these approaches. You have taken the first step towards your new life already by researching which led you here. Won't you take that next step and connect today so that we can begin your journey? Change is hard, but I will be here to support you every step of the way!

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons. With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia. I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I truly saw the need for more mental health professionals in my community when I lost my father in 2006. Since that day, I began my journey of understanding the mind and how it works. We go through many major life transitions such as breakups, divorce, having children, new professions, loss of income, moving, pandemic stress and more. Most do not realize just how traumatic these seemingly “normal” events are to us at times. I am here to help you if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, angry or confused concerning anything that has been thrown at you in your life. If you feel that what you are dealing with is too much to handle on your own, please reach out to me. We cannot stop this cycle of numbing or ignoring mental health issues in our world if we do not start within. As a mental health advocate, I am here for you. I have seen the impact of a lack of relatable and accessible mental health programs and providers. I am here to be the bridge and get you the solutions, support, and guidance you need.

Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music. In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.

Hi. I am a middle-aged married mother of one grown and one smaller child. Our next anniversary will be 10 years for us. We were both married before finding each other, so there is a history of blending families with children. I am a Christian and Jesus is the foundation of my life. "Through Christ, we can do all things." Philippians 4:13. I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in private practice settings and working in a community service board (CSB). I have led anger management groups. I have worked with ages from childhood to the elderly. I have worked with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, traumas, abuse, bipolar disorder (manic episodes), suicidal ideations, personal growth (career, etc.), and spiritual development. Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. When we get into these places it is easy to feel stuck or even blind to what is really going on. It is easy to shut down and isolate out of fear of what others may think. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, and caring environment to help you pull down any walls or barriers so you can face the situation head-on. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. "All things work together good for those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.

I create a space where you can show up—no pretense, no performance—just you. I don’t believe people are broken. The emotions and behaviors we judge ourselves for often started as survival strategies, ways we tried to protect ourselves from pain. Therapy with me is collaborative, candid, and built on trust. It’s not about fixing you—it’s about understanding yourself in a way that finally makes sense. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting clients through burnout, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and deeply committed—to their work, their families, or their values—but feel like something inside is fraying. Therapy with me isn’t about performance. It’s about finding the space to set the armor down, even briefly, and begin asking: What do I actually need? What parts of me have I had to silence to survive? You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be where you start to lay the armor down and reconnect—with your values, your voice, and what truly matters. Growth isn’t about perfection; it’s about self-acceptance and clarity. Healing happens not through judgment, but through genuine understanding.

Hello I hope all is well but if not I'm definitely here to lend my services to help. My name is Christian I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is very important component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I love to assess what is helping and not helping my clients, then find unique clinical interventions that make real positive change. Small positive changes can lead to big changes. I'm an eclectic when it comes to using different therapy modalities. I like to use therapeutic games at times to foster a safe place for my clients to talk about the root of the issues at hand.

Sonya Coy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a and has been providing therapy for 19 years. She uses a technique called Rapid Resolution Therapy which is a technique that is used to help clients resolve challenges they are facing rapidly. Some clients have had challenges resolved in one session. Others have seen amazing results in 1 to 6 sessions. This process is painless, which helps the client eliminate the emotional pain without reliving the traumatic or stressful event by telling the therapist over and over again. Clients are able to eliminate negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which bring peace to the soul. Sonya does not work with: grief, LGBT, abusive relationships, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Sonya is committed to helping facilitate change and growth in her clients and works diligently to truly understand their needs. She specializes in working with adult clients who struggle with anxiety and who are stuck because of a trauma in their lives. Sonya understands that one therapy technique will not work for everyone and that she must adapt to her client and the way they learn and take in information. She has appeared as a guest therapist on Praise 102.5FM, Love 860AM, blog radio on Women Warriors and Business Leaders of Today. Sonya provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. She specializes in working with adults who have experienced traumatic events as well as those having difficulties with: depression, anxiety, divorce, anger, sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and stress management.
