About me

With over 25 years of experience spanning youth, adults, and correctional settings, I bring a grounded compassionate approach to healing drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside DBT and Rogerian practices to help clients navigate, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, just to name a few, because I genuinely enjoy helping people and being there for them in their time of need.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on an intake assessment, which is a collaborative conversation where I learn what brought you to therapy, review your current challenges and history, and gather relevant background information so we can map out a path forward together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you are met exactly where you are emotionally.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are ready to engage deeply in the therapeutic process. If you value insight want to understand the root of your challenges and are ready to actively participate in your treatment rather than just receive advice, we will be a great fit. My practice is designed for individuals who want a collaborative interactive space to do meaningful personal work.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it empowers you to understand the deep connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together we work on cognitive restructuring-identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and reshaping them into constructive, realistic perspectives. Supported by decades of clinical research, CBT provides practical, evidence-based tools that help you build long-term resilience and create lasting change.
