Hello, my name is Angie, and I would be honored to hear your story and experiences. As a social worker, I have a strong ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport. I have been working in the field for 12 years and have been a LICSW since 2021. I believe it's important to engage actively in therapy and put in the necessary effort to make changes that will help you reach your goals. I often use humor and seem to have the ability to make people feel like they are talking to a friend...albeit a friend that is very honest, sometimes sarcastic, can challenge you, accept you, fight for you, and sometimes make you mad. Thankfully, it's all part of the process of making sustainable changes! I attended training to work specifically with law enforcement, veterans, and other first responders. I was an embedded social worker in a MN police department for 3 years. I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on your individual needs. Some examples include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself in delivering non-judgmental, empathetic, individualized services to ensure the therapy experience is created for you.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s incredibly brave to reflect on your life and decide to make positive changes. Seeking support is often the first meaningful step forward. I believe one of the most healing experiences a person can have is to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 10 and older, helping clients navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship patterns, stress, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, correctional staff, and individuals navigating high-stress careers. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. As someone who personally understands OCD and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I know how overwhelming it can feel when old coping strategies stop working and you’re unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and connected to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you’re ready to begin creating a life you genuinely enjoy, I would be honored to support you in that process.

Hi, I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche. Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later. Hope to meet you soon.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported people navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, faith-related concerns, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, substance use, men’s issues, self-esteem struggles, decision-making difficulties, and grief and loss. My path into counseling began with a master’s degree in pastoral counseling. This training allows me to integrate both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and safe. My primary goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or painful—without judgment or pressure. I’m Crystal Scott, a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, honest, practical, and deeply human. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling of being stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I combine evidence-based techniques with genuine conversation, reflection, encouragement, humor when appropriate, and practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what is really going on. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to recognize patterns, strengthen boundaries, build confidence, improve communication, and make choices that better reflect the life you want to create. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own, being the strong one, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan. We can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and identify realistic steps forward together. My ideal client is someone who is ready for support, insight, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to begin. Whether you are healing from a painful experience, adjusting to a major change, rebuilding trust, managing difficult emotions, or learning to reconnect with yourself, I will meet you with empathy, patience, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I'm so glad you're here! I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without feeling like you have to have everything figured out. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family expectations, life transitions, or simply feeling a little lost, I want to help you make sense of what's going on and find ways to move forward. My approach is collaborative, genuine, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, while incorporating trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I value honesty, connection, and even a little humor along the way. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Therapy isn't about fixing who you are; it's about understanding yourself better and figuring out what you need.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, thoughtful, and exploratory. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor my work to each individual, recognizing that everyone’s experiences and needs are different. I take a holistic view of mental health. This means we will look not only at your thoughts and emotions, but also at your environment, relationships, and daily routines. I believe these areas all play an important role in how we feel and function. I believe that healing emotional and mental health is not just about just one thing. Sometimes it's about working to heal important relationships. Sometimes it's about understanding the brain chemistry behind moods changes or repetitive thoughts. It might be about examining one's relationship to food or to mind-altering substances -or the internet. Most often it's about some combination of these, and other things. Similarly, I don't think that a therapy session should always take the same form. Sometimes a person just needs to talk and be listened to. But other times they need a more directive approach. They might need to explore some new ways to relax, or to learn skills to be able to observe their thoughts without falling into familiar patterns of self-defeat. We'll work to figure out what make the most sense for you at this time. Always, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.

Hello, and welcome. My name is Renee Romeo, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, stress, and difficulties with communication or emotional regulation. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Together, we will identify obstacles, build practical coping strategies, and develop meaningful goals that support lasting growth and emotional well-being. My therapeutic style is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy while integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe that therapy should not only provide insight but also equip clients with practical tools they can use in their daily lives to build resilience, improve relationships, and increase confidence. Whether you are working through a difficult life event, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you throughout your journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered to create meaningful change, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that reflects your values and aspirations. I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward healing, personal growth, and lasting wellness

You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. I also incorporate evidence-based strategies such as acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to support growth and help clients develop effective tools for lasting change. I have experience working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, particularly when you have been managing difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors on your own. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for change.

Nǐ hǎo / Hello! I am a licensed mental health therapist in Florida with over 20 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, school-related stress, relationship issues, and major life challenges. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy works best when goals are clear, practical, and measurable, so we can track progress in a meaningful way. I also believe humor can be a powerful part of healing, helping create a more relaxed and human space for growth. I believe strong therapy starts with listening, truly understanding who you are, what you have been through, and what matters most to you. I use evidence-based treatment to help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we set goals that align with your values. In my leisure time I play music instruments, I enjoy cooking, Hotpot is my favorite food. Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are experiences that many of us encounter at various times in our lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed by negative emotions or believe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any combination of stressors affecting your peace of mind and relationships, "you don't have to keep feeling this way." You are not alone in your struggles, and you deserve to regain the peace of mind and joy that seem to elude you right now. "Let's find a way forward together - with compassion, clarity, and lasting change." My primary goal is to help you transition from merely feeling good to truly living well. Whether you are facing a specific crisis or a slow accumulation of challenges that has left you feeling unlike yourself, my clinical work offers a safe, judgment-free space to begin moving toward greater clarity and well-being. I draw on a carefully integrated blend of evidence-based frameworks, selecting and tailoring techniques based on each client's unique needs, history, and goals. My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mind-body techniques. This approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change requires attending to the whole person — mind, body, and the relational world we inhabit. Through ACT, you will learn to be more psychologically present, connect with your values, and make space for life’s inevitable pain. You will also discover how to take actionable steps despite emotional discomfort and cultivate an appreciation for each moment in your life. While my specialty is brief therapy, some situations may require an extended therapeutic relationship, which can be beneficial for adults and parents dealing with complex mental health challenges and navigating difficult child-rearing adjustments at home.

I’m a down-to-earth person who enjoys connecting with people and hearing their stories. I’m curious by nature, enjoy learning, and believe there is always room to grow. I value honesty, family, faith, community, and treating people with respect. I also enjoy music, creativity, and working with my hands. My own journey has taught me that life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect it to. There can be seasons when we have to start over, make difficult decisions, adapt to change, or simply figure out how to keep going when things feel overwhelming.

I know what it’s like to feel trapped by emotional pain. After losing my mom in 2005 I embarked on a journey through grief that made me the person I am today. The grief will stay with me forever, but I now have life lessons that I’ve learned because of it. I am here to help you. It’s often hard to admit that you are struggling and even harder to ask for help. You will never “get over” the person you lost, but you will find a way to work through the pain and eventually it will fade and become more manageable. I’m living proof of that. I’ve been a licensed mental health counselor for more than 15 years, and I’ve spent my career helping my clients work through grief, cope with postpartum depression and anxiety, and find coping skills that work to decrease stress and anxiety. You don’t have to feel this way anymore. I can help when you feel like you are drowning in pain, and together we will navigate the journey to happiness. I look forward to helping you heal!
