Hello! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) based in Florida. I received my Masters in Counseling with an Art Therapy certification at Antioch University in Seattle, Washington. I’m also EMDR trained since 2019. I’ve been practicing for approximately 4 years helping adults struggling with PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression in creating effective strategies and therapeutic tools to manage and alleviate distressing symptoms.
