My approach is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, with the ultimate goal of creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can grow into the best version of themselves.
As a first-generation American, I understand the complexities of navigating between two cultures. Growing up, I often felt caught in between—never quite “American enough” for my peers, yet too American for my parents. That in-between space shaped my identity and deepened my empathy for others who feel like they don’t fully belong.
As a woman, I bring lived experience to many of the challenges women face daily—from sexual assault and body image struggles to infertility and pregnancy loss. These experiences inform my work and allow me to hold space with compassion and understanding.
And as a mother, I deeply relate to the pressures and expectations placed on working moms today. I’m acutely aware of how motherhood can affect every aspect of our lives—our bodies, minds, spirits, careers, and relationships—and I strive to support clients through those transformations with empathy and care.

Are you experiencing challenges that are interfering with your emotional health and wellbeing? Do you feel your past experiences are affecting your ability to reach your full potential? Do you need a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings and engage in self exploration?
I am a licensed psychotherapist who believes the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client. My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take the necessary steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR therapy which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. Sometimes disturbing experiences overwhelm the processing system, or we don't have the information we need for our brains to make sense of what happened in a healthy way. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain's processing system so you can successfully process the experience and let go of what's not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptative and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I offer a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, I help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to empower clients to achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and fulfillment in their lives.
I would describe my style as validating, supportive, and down to earth. Clients often share that they feel comfortable being their authentic selves with me, which is one of my highest priorities in the therapy space. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, creating a balance of humility and wisdom. While I don’t claim to know everything, I work hard to share what I’ve learned while remaining open and collaborative.
I view therapy as a relationship that parallels the important connections in your life. I will meet you where you are, get to know you on your terms, and walk alongside you as you move toward growth. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you feel respected, supported, and challenged to become the best version of yourself.

Hi! It takes immense courage to take the first steps toward feeling better, and starting therapy can often feel overwhelming. Know that you don't have to walk alone on this journey. If you're experiencing anxiety or depression that feels like a persistent cloud and diminishes your sense of peace, I'm committed to helping you get your quality of life back. For the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, fear-based thinking, anger, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about empowering trauma survivors in their recovery, helping them move past feeling stuck and no longer defined by their painful experiences.
