Tracy Cirelli is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 25 years of experience within the field of psychotherapy. I serve various adult and geriatric populations from all walks of life. I specialize in the treatment of; trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, substance abuse/addiction, relationship and life transition difficulties, chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. I believe that my clients are distinct individuals whom each bring their unique problems and challenges to the therapy setting, therefore I customize specific therapy interventions to the individual needs of each client. My interventions may include; Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Socratic Questioning, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Resolution and Strategic Relapse Prevention.
