Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Many people come to therapy wanting not only relief from symptoms, but a deeper understanding of themselves. I specialize in Jungian depth therapy for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want more than symptom management. I prioritize building a deeply attuned and trusting therapeutic relationship where we can explore stressors, uncover unconscious patterns, and work through the inner conflicts that keep you from moving forward. As Carl Jung said, “the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are.” I welcome and affirm individuals of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and lived experiences.
Hi, I’m Kelly Tamburro, LPC. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps high achievers, caregivers, and young adults break out of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills that actually make life feel lighter.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. On the outside, you might be the responsible one, the strong one, or the one people rely on, but inside you may feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to slow down. You don’t have to keep holding everything by yourself.
My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space to process trauma, gain insight, and learn tools that support long-term healing. While my Grow practice is fully virtual, I bring a nature-informed perspective to therapy, using grounding, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection to help you feel more centered and connected wherever you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, find relief from stress and trauma symptoms, and rebuild your sense of balance and confidence, I’d love to support you.

Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

When life feels overwhelming, guidance and support can make all the difference! Together, we’ll work through the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, (aka living) with evidence-based strategies — not just to manage symptoms, but to create lasting changes. I have worked with a wide variety of populations; including college students/emerging adults, those in transition from separation/divorce, children, adolescents and their parents including children who have experienced trauma.
I hold a deep respect for each person's unique story. I am passionate about supporting people in finding greater connections with themselves and those around them, and in being more present in their daily lives. Together we can craft an approach to counseling that works for you.
I am a bilingual/bi-cultural therapist; able to do therapy in both English/Spanish. I am sensitive to inter-generational conflicts that arise due to acculturation issues.
Therapy provides an opportunity to wonder about experiences, emotions, and desires that we may not otherwise have space to explore. This process can deepen our insight into the impact of personal history on our current behavioral and emotional patterns, allowing us a greater sense of self and choice in our lives and relationships.
In the course of psychotherapy, we will create a space of non-judgmental curiosity, including space for creativity, playfulness, and humor.
I help my patients develop and strengthen their ability to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges so that they can live a more meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable life.
I encourage my patients to work hard to grow and change, achieving the life they desire. I seek to develop a caring and supportive relationship with all my patients.
You are a unique human being. There is no "one size fits all" therapy. Let's talk and see if I am the right fit to help you reach the goals you want for yourself.
Together we will work to deepen self-awareness, presence, and sense of possibility. I use she/her pronouns.
*** Please note that I am only able to schedule appointments on the hour (i.e. 3:00), and cannot accommodate appointments on the half hour (i.e. 3:30). Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the scheduling platform. ***

Are you experiencing challenges that are interfering with your emotional health and wellbeing? Do you feel your past experiences are affecting your ability to reach your full potential? Do you need a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings and engage in self exploration?
I am a licensed psychotherapist who believes the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client. My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take the necessary steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR therapy which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. Sometimes disturbing experiences overwhelm the processing system, or we don't have the information we need for our brains to make sense of what happened in a healthy way. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain's processing system so you can successfully process the experience and let go of what's not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptative and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.

My passion is working with adults to assist with empowering, coaching and helping them meet their goals as well. I received my graduate degree from Carlos Albizu University in 2005 and I have been licensed since 2009.
I’m a compassionate and down to earth therapist who is dedicated to helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with clients from all walks of life and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My approach is both empathetic and practical. I take time to truly listen while also helping you build tools and strategies you can use in your everyday life.
With experience working in diverse environments, including Schools, Correctional settings, and Military-connected communities, I understand that each person’s story is unique. I tailor my approach to fit your needs, whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, or personal growth. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Or maybe you just need a safe space to vent with no judgement, no more exhausting your family and friends with the cards that life has dealt you, I'm ready to help you shuffle the deck and prepare for the next hand.
