I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, men’s issues, and relationship concerns, including marital difficulties. I provide neurodivergent-affirming care in a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted as they are.
Using an integrative approach that blends Somatic, DBT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques, I help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and break patterns that no longer serve them. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and cultivate self-compassion.
Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to guide and support you as you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater balance, connection, and well-being

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working with justice-involved adults and high-acuity clients, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and a clear plan forward.
*At this time, I am accepting new individual therapy clients. My couples therapy caseload is currently full, so I am not accepting new couples therapy clients at this time.*
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. What that means in practice is that we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen your ability to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My style is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll encourage you to set meaningful goals, while also making space to process the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical—you should leave sessions with tools you can use right away, and also feel seen and understood in the bigger picture of your life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, honest, and committed to helping you make real changes, I’d be honored to work with you.

I'm near completion of a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals facing chronic mental illness, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and a range of addictions—including substance use, alcohol misuse, and concerns related to sex addiction. I'm Sarah and I am a licensed mental health counselor who practices talk therapy. However- I'm also a human and I treat our interaction as so. We are equal. I am simply a catalyst to help you do the work and reach your potential. I am a listening ear, and a guiding hand.
My approach to therapy is relaxed and open-minded. I take a solution-focused approach to solving problems. I often utilize motivational interviewing, which helps to make the conversation more natural while still allowing us to get some real work done.
I have helped clients build self-esteem, develop resiliency, and overcome life's obstacles through a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client. My favorite part of this work is watching someone tap into their own resources that they didn't even know they had.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

My name is Noel Hartough and I am a person with a lot of lived experience with anxiety (spiritual and career). Anxiety and the success I had through work I did in therapy led to me becoming a therapist. I grew up around gray area drinking, family squabbles and being the introspective kid at the lunch table. I happen to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adolescents during the day and adults in the evenings. I believe that we are largely the result of our beliefs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and over 12 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating mental health challenges related to traumatic life experiences and circumstances beyond their control.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from Kean University and have been practicing for 14 plus years. I am the founder and owner of Therapeutically Fit Counseling, LLC. I help children, adolescents, and adults to become the best version of themselves by providing quality and reliable mental, emotional, and behavioral health services to help you navigate through difficult times, improve your quality of life, and give you the tools you need to manage on your own. My mission is to help heal, empower, and evolve individuals and families by providing quality and culturally competent psychotherapy that transforms and renews your mind and body that leaves you therapeutically fit.
I graduated Eastern Michigan University with a major in psychology and a minor in nutrition in 2007. I completed my PhD program at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2014. During that time period I worked with patients in outpatient and inpatient settings including the University psychology clinic, Wayne State Family Medicine Center, Providence Alaska Family Medicine Center, and Providence Alaska inpatient services.I’m a clinical psychologist (PhD) specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and the mind–body impact of stress. My approach is warm, relational, and psychodynamic — I help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why it keeps happening.
Many of my clients come to me after trying short-term or skills-only therapy and not feeling truly understood. Together, we look at the deeper patterns shaped by past experiences, trauma, and relationships. This includes medical trauma, chronic illness, health anxiety, and eating issues rooted in shame or self-criticism.
I offer teletherapy to adults who want thoughtful, insight-oriented work that leads to lasting change.
I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together.
Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder.
If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.
A warm, compassionate, genuine therapist, who believes to live a full life one must be balanced physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am very mindful of how culture, identify, and lived experiences shape how we navigate the world. I also genuinely believe in meeting each client where they are, and creating a space where they feel safe, respected, and empowered to show up just as they are. So, I approach the therapeutic relationship with the understanding that my clients are the experts in their lives, and I am the explorer helping them change course in their journey. As a therapist in Private Practice for over 8 years, I have learnt that therapy works best when it feels real and human — when clients can feel that I am not just listening, but genuinely present with them.

My style is supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic and person-centered approaches, and motivational interviewing to meet you where you are and help you move toward lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to grow, I’m here to support you with compassion, insight, and effective strategies for healing.
I'm Kimberly Covington, LMHC, LPC, NCC, EMDR-Trained Therapist and Life Coach, and I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we focus on your story, your goals, and what brings you to counseling. We'll discuss your current challenges, strengths, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we'll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs and identify practical steps to help you move forward.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth challenges.
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Wisconsin, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I live in Wisconsin, my home state, and truly enjoy helping individuals across each of the states where I practice and value the opportunity to support clients from diverse backgrounds and communities.
With over 14 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies—because I believe that healing happens best in a supportive, trusting environment where you feel truly heard and understood. I integrate proven approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based techniques, and Solution-Focused strategies to help you make meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss or simply feeling “stuck,” my goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, balance, and resilience. Together, we’ll build on your unique strengths and create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering.
I’m honored to support you on your journey toward well-being—wherever you are, and wherever you’re headed.
My name is Wendy, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be rooted in respect, compassion, and genuine understanding.
My approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These goal-oriented strategies empower you to tap into your own strengths and create meaningful, lasting change—often allowing you to see progress sooner than expected.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I am committed to meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, or communication issues, I’ll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I’m glad you’ve taken this important step toward change. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move forward on your path to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I’m Crystal Scott, a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, honest, practical, and deeply human. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling of being stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I combine evidence-based techniques with genuine conversation, reflection, encouragement, humor when appropriate, and practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what is really going on. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to recognize patterns, strengthen boundaries, build confidence, improve communication, and make choices that better reflect the life you want to create.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own, being the strong one, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan. We can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and identify realistic steps forward together.
My ideal client is someone who is ready for support, insight, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to begin. Whether you are healing from a painful experience, adjusting to a major change, rebuilding trust, managing difficult emotions, or learning to reconnect with yourself, I will meet you with empathy, patience, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.
I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience working with athletes, college students, children, adolescents, and adults, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Latinx, immigrant, and foster/adopted parenting communities. I presently most consistently work with clients who have OCD and/or anxiety-related disorders, a history of developmental (complex) trauma, and/or high-achieving professionals, especially healthcare and other service workers. As an endurance athlete, fellow athletes have also found the blend of my clinical experience along with lived experience in athletics, as well as embodiment of the athletic mindset, helpful in understanding them and their presenting concerns.
I work with clients individually, dyadically, and in groups. I hope to convey warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental curiosity to every client with whom I am honored to enter into a clinical partnership. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by constant demands and limited space for personal reflection. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to pause, take stock, and reconnect with yourself. It’s a space where you can become more aware of your emotions, re-examine your choices, and move toward greater clarity and peace of mind.
As a therapist, I am committed to providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your feelings and experiences. My approach is client-centered and active, helping you uncover new perspectives and broaden your options. Together, we’ll work on overcoming doubt, managing difficult emotions, and building resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting them through emotional turmoil, family stressors, and communication issues that can impact their well-being. Whether you’re struggling with personal challenges or relationship difficulties, I’m here to help you break through roadblocks and find a positive, affirming path forward.
We all want a life of significance and balance—and I believe that with the right guidance, these are not just dreams but achievable realities. Happiness isn’t a mysterious force; it’s the result of learning and practicing skills that anyone can develop. With my support, you’ll gain confidence, emotional resilience, and the tools you need to create a more fulfilling life.
Let’s work together to improve your emotional well-being and help you get to a place where you feel comfortable, empowered, and ready to thrive.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical skills to help you move forward.
I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to find what works best for you and your goals. My experience includes working in public and nonprofit mental health settings with both children and adults. If it is important to you, I am also happy to incorporate your Christian faith into counseling while blending faith-based principles with evidence-based care.

I believe recovery doesn't have to be grim. I bring playfulness and humor into the room where it fits, because healing often involves finding joy again. My approach is rooted in the belief that your brain is trying to protect you—even when it feels like it's working against you. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your system. Whether you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, low self esteem, coping with difficult personalities, we move at a pace that respects your life's demands.
• No "Resume" Talk: I skip the jargon. We focus on you and what you need to feel safe and get your agency back.
• Playful & Practical: Recovery can be hard, but it doesn't have to be grim. I bring warmth, at times humor, and real-world tools to our sessions.
• Trauma-Informed: I understand that your symptoms are trying to protect you. We work with your brain, not against it.
Hi! My name is Diane Bales MS, LMHC, LPC. I am passionate about what I do. I love walking with clients through their journey of healing. I am known for really caring about my patients and I think that shows. I use an eclectic approach to treatment. I feel that everyone is different and not one approach works for everyone. I want my clients to feel that they have accomplished or overcome something during their time in therapy. Note I do charge for No show and Late Cancellations $70.00
With over 18 years of dedicated service in counseling, I am committed to enhancing mental health and well-being in clients of all ages. My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions since 2014. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and my work is grounded in both professional training and a genuine belief that people deserve a place where they can be heard without judgment.
After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020. Today, I provide accessible, flexible telehealth services to adults in Florida and Vermont, allowing clients to receive support from a place where they feel comfortable and safe.
My clinical work is also informed by lived experience. I’ve navigated grief, significant life transitions, and having cancer twice. These experiences are not the focus of my work, but they have shaped how I show up as a therapist—grounded, present, and respectful of the complexity of what people carry. I understand that healing is not linear and that sometimes strength simply means getting through the day.
I work with adults who may look like they’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. My approach is collaborative, practical, and paced to your readiness. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, focusing on both insight and practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or push through alone. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and begin moving forward.
* I am never enough and somehow always too much.*
* I have always felt like the black sheep of the family.*
Does this sound familiar?
From the outside, you look like you have it all together, but on the inside it feels like a completely different story. You may feel worn down by constant worries and sadness, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might not even remember a time when things felt easier. But one thing is clear: you are ready for relief. You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or grief, I’m here to support you. I work with people of all ages and stages — helping them find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Let’s connect — and take the first step forward together.
Nǐ hǎo / Hello! I am a licensed mental health therapist in Florida with over 20 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, school-related stress, relationship issues, and major life challenges. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy works best when goals are clear, practical, and measurable, so we can track progress in a meaningful way. I also believe humor can be a powerful part of healing, helping create a more relaxed and human space for growth. I believe strong therapy starts with listening, truly understanding who you are, what you have been through, and what matters most to you. I use evidence-based treatment to help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we set goals that align with your values.
In my leisure time I play music instruments, I enjoy cooking, Hotpot is my favorite food. I speak mandarin besides English and I consider myself as a people person. I am open minded willing to learn from others.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who primarily works with men navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, anger, and emotional regulation. I understand that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, especially for men who may not be used to talking openly about emotions. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, speak honestly, and work through difficult situations without feeling judged.
Hi I'm Phillip,
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—so take a moment to acknowledge the courage it took to take this first step. Starting therapy can feel empowering, overwhelming, or even a little scary—and that’s completely okay.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, struggling with self-care, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll work on building healthier boundaries, improving communication (especially with yourself!), and creating more balance in your life. Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and finding clarity—and you deserve all of that and more.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here and ready to walk alongside you.
I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns.
Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s incredibly brave to reflect on your life and decide to make positive changes. Seeking support is often the first meaningful step forward. I believe one of the most healing experiences a person can have is to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 10 and older, helping clients navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship patterns, stress, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, correctional staff, and individuals navigating high-stress careers.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. As someone who personally understands OCD and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I know how overwhelming it can feel when old coping strategies stop working and you’re unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and connected to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you’re ready to begin creating a life you genuinely enjoy, I would be honored to support you in that process.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in experiential therapy, Gestalt approaches, and mindfulness, with a focus on equine-assisted work and nature based therapy. I believe in creating a safe, natural space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, connect deeply with themselves, and heal through meaningful experiences. My approach is hands-on, creative, and tailored to each person’s unique journey toward growth and well-being.
