No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change. 3) Counseling should be efficient. A demographic that I hold near and dear to my heart are women experiencing emotional distress due to reproductive health challenges and young adults identifying as LGBTQIA+.
