My name is Ledia Urbano, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida. For over 25 years I have the privileged to provide effective therapeutic interventions to adults impacted by mental illness and/or substance use disorders. I use a combination of therapy approaches that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy; which focus on identifying and changing negative thought patterns to improve behaviors and emotional regulation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; which provides a pathway for accepting difficult emotions rather than fighting them, while committing to actions aligned with personal values, Humanistic/Person-Center Therapy; which focus on our inherent capacity for growth, providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration, Solution-Focused Therapy, often called Solution-Focused Brief Therapy; a goal-oriented, strengths-based therapeutic approach which instead of dwelling on the history of a problem or digging into deep pathology, it focuses on building concrete solutions, identifying personal resources, and envisioning a desired future, and Integrative Therapy; a flexible, holistic approach that combines techniques from various schools to fit the unique needs of each individual.

Hi there, I'm Sharon, and I'm passionate about helping individuals rediscover their inner child and embark on a journey of healing the wounds from their past. As a compassionate and creative soul, I offer a unique approach to processing and addressing emotions. Through my work, I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings, particularly those affected by addiction and co-dependency. I firmly believe that art, not in the traditional sense but as a personal expression of one's emotions, holds the key to authenticity and self-discovery. My focus is on the process rather than performance, making it a soulful and liberating experience I call "soul art." As part of my commitment to excellence, I am currently pursuing my certification in Creative Journaling Expressive Arts with the CJEAItm. This additional training allows me to integrate journaling and expressive art techniques into our sessions, offering you a dynamic and creative approach to healing and personal growth. If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey, exploring your emotions through the creative lens, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Let's work together to nurture your inner child and empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.

Susan Lane, MS, LMFT, is a highly experienced Marriage and Family Therapist and Spiritual Life Coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal, rebuild, and create lasting emotional change. Her work is grounded in strong clinical training and supported by mind–body neuroscience approaches that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. She helps clients gain insight while addressing emotional and physiological patterns that keep them stuck. AUDIO CALLS ONLY. NO COUPLE SESSIONS AT THIS TIME. She specializes in trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, painful family dynamics, heartbreak, grief, and the emotional toll of breakups and toxic relational patterns. Many have tried therapy before and now want deeper, more effective work that identifies patterns efficiently and offers practical tools for change. This approach supports those facing critical decisions, navigating challenging situations, or needing focused space to process emotions, gain clarity, and determine next steps without long-term commitment. Clients remain in control of pace, with emphasis on safety, nervous-system regulation, and integration. This work supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, stress reduction, and release of long-held emotional blocks. Hi, I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to figure things out on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all together. With over 14 years of experience, I work with adolescents, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, identity, relationships, and the unique challenges that come with being an athlete. As an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist, I'm committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. I take a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with an understanding of how our mental, emotional, and physical well-being are all connected. When it fits your goals, I also incorporate an integrative nutrition perspective to support your overall wellness. Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me running, dancing, or horseback riding. As an athlete myself, I understand the highs, lows, and pressures that can come with performance, balance, and caring for both your mind and body. I believe therapy is about more than getting through hard moments—it's about building a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and sustainable. Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to walk it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic stress, and health-related concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and integrative. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted—not judged or placed into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, cognitive, solution-focused, and coaching approaches, as well as my background in health coaching and nervous-system regulation. Rather than relying on one particular method, I tailor our work to you: your personality, your history, your goals, and what you need at this point in your life. I’m especially interested in helping people understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while also developing practical tools for creating meaningful change. My goal is not simply to help you “fix” a problem, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more emotionally grounded, and create a life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are. For clients working with me in person, I may also incorporate neurofeedback or BAUD (Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device) therapy when appropriate. These brain-based approaches can complement traditional talk therapy and may be helpful for nervous-system regulation, anxiety, and reducing the emotional intensity associated with difficult or traumatic memories. I see these tools as another way to support the therapeutic process—not a replacement for the relationship and deeper work that happens in therapy.

I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and have 10 + years’ experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Most of my experience is dealing with women’s issues and how voice is found in a paternalistic society. I use a Family Systems lens as we bring our family with us even when we come as individuals. In my work with clients, I create a space of openness and acceptance as to what is present in the client’s life. I believe that clients have an innate ability to create healing for themselves, and I shepherd that process. I use a Mindfulness-Based Awareness practice and a participatory approach - to create solutions. As a client commits themselves to the process, they can expect increased awareness and see themselves and their issues more clearly. This awareness oftentimes brings with it a heightened ability to solve issues that are creating roadblocks.

Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

My role is not to lead from ahead or push from behind, but to walk alongside you as you discover and embrace your best self. I focus on highlighting possibilities, strengths, and hope, even in challenging times.

Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.
