Hello, I’m Pahoua. Welcome!
In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, it is incredibly easy to feel overwhelmed by the constant pressure to keep everything together. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout, I want you to know that you don't have to carry it all alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin, I am here to provide the compassionate, practical support you need to navigate life's challenges.
*Real-World Experience for Real-World Challenges*
I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice. With over 25 years of experience owning and operating my own business, combined with the beautifully complex responsibilities of motherhood, I intimately understand what it feels like to juggle multiple demanding roles and heavy expectations.
I use this real-world experience to help professionals and busy individuals:
* **Navigate High Stress: ** Deconstruct the pressure points in your daily life.
* **Prevent & Recover from Burnout: ** Identify the warning signs and implement sustainable boundaries.
* **Build Work-Life Balance: ** Create a healthier, more fulfilling harmony between your career and personal life.
### My Therapeutic Approach
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can let your guard down. Our work together will be collaborative, focused on helping you gain deep self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and make meaningful changes.
I value accountability, insight, and sustainable growth. Together, we will work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered to live a life that feels truly fulfilling.
Whenever you're ready, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward wellness. **Let's take that first step together. **
Hi, I’m Juliana, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and challenging relationship dynamics. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions, better understand your experiences, and begin to heal from past and present difficulties. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to create meaningful and lasting change in your life and relationships.
Hi, I’m Philip Crouse, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. My clinical background is rooted in high-acuity environments, meaning I am highly experienced in helping individuals navigate complex crises, severe anxiety, deep depression, and the heavy weight of addiction and trauma.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or buried by recent life events, my goal is to help you find air to breathe right now. I don't believe in just sitting and nodding while you vent; therapy should be active. We will work collaboratively using practical, evidence-based tools—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused techniques—to dismantle unhelpful behavioral loops and build immediate, actionable coping strategies.
I operate from a strictly trauma-informed framework. This means I understand that safety and nervous system stabilization are the prerequisites for any real healing, and your autonomy and pace are always my top priorities.
Whether you are navigating intense grief, the pressure of a major life transition, or the ongoing impact of past trauma, I provide a grounded, non-judgmental space where you are seen as a resilient survivor. Together, we can shift from just talking about the problem to actively building the functional, manageable life you deserve.
Are you struggling with intense emotions that keep you exhausted and depleted? I understand the struggle and how frustrated or hopeless you may feel. Life can be demanding at times. Asking for help takes courage and can be the turning point to achieving wellness, peace and fulfillment. Perfection does not exist and we cannot make all our problems go away, but Psychotherapy can give you the skills to cope and exert your true self so that you can thrive and take control of your life.
Hi, I’m Mercedes Harrison, and I believe therapy should be more than just talking about what’s going on—it should help you understand yourself, recognize patterns, and feel more equipped to move forward.
Do you ever leave therapy feeling like you talked a lot, but still aren’t fully sure what you’re working on or how to actually move forward? Many people know they’re struggling but have a hard time putting words to their emotions, recognizing patterns, or understanding why they keep getting stuck in the same cycles.
In my work with clients, I believe therapy can feel more meaningful when you’re able to actually see, organize, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is for you to leave each session with tangible tools, practical insight, and personalized resources that you can continue using and reflecting on outside of therapy.
I want therapy to be a space where you not only feel heard, but also gain clarity, understanding, and tools that support you in creating meaningful change.
Hello, I am a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I focus on clients who have experienced relational trauma, childhood, adolescent, and adult anxiety, depression, chronic, complex, intergenerational, and transgenerational trauma, and PTSD. I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the LCSW-Therapist, having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work systematically toward realizing those goals.

Do you often find yourself in unhealthy relationships? Have you experienced: narcissistic abuse, anxious attachment, codependency, or cheating? Love bombing? Do you have difficulty breaking free from harmful relationships? Do you notice a pattern of choosing the same type of partner? Are you ready to build healthier relationships? If you answered yes to any of these you have come to the right place.
I look forward to meeting and working with you. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a certification as a clinical trauma professional. I moved from Pennsylvania in 2019 as I could not handle winter anymore and needed to be somewhere warm! I have two Master of Arts degrees from Kutztown University - one in Counseling Psychology (obtained in 1995) and the other in School Counseling (obtained in 2004). I started in mental health therapy in 1995, moved into substance abuse counseling for several years, then to school counseling while I raised my son for 18 yrs, and now have returned to mental health/substance use counseling as that is my passion. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing outdoor activities - especially riding the Harley and going out on the water. I love to exercise and walk daily and enjoy knitting in my spare time.
Everyone in life (including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal. I utilize trauma stabilization and reprocessing strategies, cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered and solution focused techniques. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them.
I have worked extensively with trauma survivors in addition to clients dealing with depression, anxiety, eating and substance use disorders. I have worked with the LGTBQ+ community. I enjoy working with all clients but prefer working with those ages 8 and older. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling.
I'm a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy clinician who has been practicing for over 20 years. SFBT focuses on identifying and building your existing strengths rather than exploring the origins of your problem. In other words, we will focus on solutions versus dwelling on problems. My specialties include navigating toxic relationships, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, life transitions, career confusion, and grief. I also understand the unique emotional challenges that can come with caring for chronically ill or aging humans and pets. Making medical decisions, coping with compassion fatigue related to caregiver stress, anticipatory grief, and facing eventual loss. All this can be overwhelming. You don't have to navigate those experiences alone.
*PLEASE NOTE: All NEW client intake paperwork is required to be completed AND submitted no later than 24 hours prior to our appointment or we will need to reschedule. Thank You.
Welcome! Please schedule a free 15 minunte consultation call with me before scheduling any sessions. This will let us know if we are a good fit.
