Welcome! I am Dr. Misti Anderson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Professional. I have 25+ years in the counseling arena and have worked with clients of all ages. 👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor based in Florida. I received my Master’s degree from Capella University and I have been practicing for over 10 years. I work with adults by guiding them through the complexities of mental health and empowering them to cope effectively.

Maybe you've been handling things on your own for a long time. From the outside, you may even seem like you're doing fine, but something doesn't feel right. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply tired of dealing with the same problems over and over. Career changes, relationship difficulties, separation or divorce, becoming a parent, changes in family roles, or other life transitions can leave you questioning what's next.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and practical. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck and develop strategies that can help you create meaningful change in your everyday life.
Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where something isn't working anymore. They may be navigating stress, relationship difficulties, career or family changes, or simply feeling stuck. They want to better understand what's happening, make practical changes, and feel more confident about what comes next.
I help everyday people individuals, teens, and couples work through the stress, trauma, and conflict that build up in a real life. Some of the people I see are carrying the weight of high-pressure work like the military, healthcare, or first response; others are just tired of holding it all together on their own. Either way, you get the same thing: a grounded, nonjudgmental space to say what's really going on, and practical tools to build a life that feels purposeful instead of just managed.

Have you been thinking about starting therapy, but life stressors always seem to be a priority? Now it's time to focus on yourself! Latara joins our platform bringing her experience in working with adults, children and couples with varying mental health concerns and marital issues. Latara achieved both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.
I’ve been passionate about psychology since I was eighteen, when I began studying it in Cuba. My mother once told me she had always dreamed of being a psychologist but had to follow another path—and that dream inspired my own. After completing my degree in Cuba, where I worked in inpatient and school settings, I continued my journey in the United States and earned my master’s degree in psychology.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children, families, and adults through moments of crisis, grief, and major life transitions. My experience with multidisciplinary teams has taught me to see each person as a whole—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Healing happens when we look at the full picture of someone’s life, not just their symptoms.

My goal is to help you feel whole, confident, and empowered to live fully. I know it's scary to take the first step, but it also takes valor. Allow me to walk with you on your new journey.
I think it is important for a therapist to be able to implement multiple approaches to the therapy process in order to best serve a client. I do predominantly utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, but I may modify the approach to best meet your needs and goals. My main focus is helping you make progress and meet your identified goals.
I initially was drawn to being a therapist because I wanted to help others meet life's challenges and understand that sometimes we need a partner/support on that journey. I have worked with many different populations over the course of my career, including children, teens, adults, and seniors. Additionally, I have experience working in many different settings, including community mental health, inpatient mental health units, juvenile justice, nursing homes, and adult corrections. I believe these varied experiences and populations have helped to make me a well-rounded therapist.
I am licensed in Florida with 10+ years of professional work experience in conflict resolution and mental health counseling. I believe that empowerment is an essential and powerful tool in the healing process. I approach the therapist-client relationship with an open heart and mind, building upon trust, collaboration, and empathy to produce positive, transformative outcomes. I seek to facilitate change by entering the client’s psychological world, utilizing a phenomenological lens; this allows me to focus on the lived experiences of each individual and the personal meaning behind their circumstances past, present, and future to determine the most effective therapeutic interventions. My holistic approach to psychotherapy focuses on the overall relationship between mind, body & spirit. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship issues, life transitions, family conflicts, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, and self esteem. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

As a mental health professional, I believe that prioritizing emotional well-being is essential to living a fulfilling and balanced life. Seeking help takes courage, and I commend you for taking that step toward healing and growth. My work focuses on supporting adults and couples as they navigate challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.
Everyone’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, building self-awareness, and developing lasting change. I approach therapy collaboratively—working alongside you to identify goals and find strategies that fit your life.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We focus on helping you gain self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and calm. Therapy is more than symptom management—it’s about creating meaningful change, rediscovering your strengths, and building the life you want to live.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression and want support before things begin to unravel. Perhaps your mind feels crowded with intrusive thoughts, distressing images, or emotions that are hard to manage alone. You may be seeking clarity, emotional stability, and a way to feel more in control of your life. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways to cope. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you regain balance, think more clearly, and move toward the life you want to live.
I specialize in trauma that affects adults. This maybe a combat trauma, a recent experience that was traumatic, or an early childhood event(s) that continues to affect you. I use a combination of techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help people move on from traumatic experiences in their lives.
It hasn't been easy, and you've been thinking about how to change. Let us help you in your path to self discovery, and leading a more healthy life style.
My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.
My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.
Feeling angry, frustrated or overly sad? Having difficulties in your relationship with family or friends? Changes in employment making staying focused and on task difficult? Have you found yourself being more withdrawn, hypervigilant, anxious or found yourself relying on alcohol, food or screen time to cope with stress? Sometimes we need a little extra support to gain clarity and explore other perspectives. Lets work together to explore healthier coping skills and make these situations feel less overwhelming for you.
I believe a respectful, supportive, collaborative, free from judgement relationship is important for therapeutic healing. I am warm, caring and supportive. For your convenience, I am currently offering evening and Sunday sessions. ***If you choose to schedule a session on a holiday, please note that there is no courtesy waiver for no-shows, late cancellations, or late reschedules.
There is one thing I am gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy. A wise man once said, “Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again”. I am an influencer of change and a strong believer that your perspective will take you as far as you can see.

Psychotherapy provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges, emotions, and transitions. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel understood and empowered as we work together to identify your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and develop effective coping skills. Through this process, we’ll focus on personal growth, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate change with confidence.
I was born in Brazil and have also lived in Switzerland, Ecuador, and now the United States. These experiences have shaped my worldview and help me bring a multicultural and compassionate perspective to my work. Given my background, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and value creating meaningful connections with clients from all backgrounds.
Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about exploring cultures through travel. I’ve had the opportunity to visit over 35 countries so far. I also enjoy discovering new foods, exercise and spending sunny weekends outdoors in Florida.
As a therapist, I’m known for being empathetic, authentic, and attuned to my clients’ needs. I believe everyone possesses inner strengths and resources that, when nurtured, can help overcome challenges and foster meaningful, lasting change.
Hi, I’m Diana Robinson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationships, identity, and major life transitions.
You’re capable, driven, and probably pretty good at holding things together. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you feel okay underneath it all. Maybe your mind doesn’t slow down, your emotions feel bigger than other people realize, or you’ve spent years adjusting yourself to fit into environments that didn’t always fit you.
I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults. As a queer-identified and neurodivergent therapist myself, I understand that being different from the expected norm can shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I also know that anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm don’t always exist in isolation. Sometimes they’re connected to years of masking, overthinking, over-functioning, difficult relationships, or trying to navigate environments that don’t account for how your brain or nervous system works.
My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT and DBT-informed skills along with somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches. I’ll listen and validate you, but I won’t simply nod along. I’ll ask questions, offer honest reflection, and gently challenge you when I think it can help.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and develop tools you can actually use outside of therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. We can start where you are.
