Hi there, I'm Erika. How are your mind, body, and spirit today? What makes you feel alive today? I work with individuals and couples that struggle with LGBT issues, intimacy-related issues, self-esteem, career difficulties, depression, anxiety, compassion fatigue, family issues, life issues, post-traumatic stress, self-love and sexuality. I am an LGBTQ2S+ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender-questioning clients. I have been licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field since 2012. Therapy can be a deep, powerful and collaborative experience with professional guidance. My therapeutic style is based on respect, safety and connection, empathy and curiosity. I believe we each have a collection of stories that make us different. I want to honor your journey and help you work through tough feelings and fears.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be a follow up to the intake paperwork you complete prior to our session. It will be a time for me to ask clarifying questions and explore goals for your treatment plan. We will establish 2-3 realistic goals to work on for your care. I will make a recommendation for sessions based on our consultation and intake together!
