I’m an EMDR and trauma specialist helping adults with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and emotional overwhelm feel more grounded, regulated, and in control.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic stress, and ADHD—the issues that keep your nervous system stuck in high-alert mode. Many of my clients are professionals, parents, athletes, or high achievers who’ve already tried talking through the problem but still feel reactive, drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift.

As an EMDR-trained trauma therapist, I combine EMDR with CBT, ACT, and Transformational EMDR to help your brain and body process trauma, reduce anxiety, and release stuck emotional patterns. This work goes beyond symptom management—we address what’s underneath so you can feel more regulated, confident, and in control.
