Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm truly glad you're here. This is a warm, nonjudgmental space where we'll work together at your pace to help you feel less overwhelmed, more like yourself, and more connected to the life you want to be living. I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Guided by a Narrative & Solution-Focused approach, I help individuals re-author their personal stories to foster insight, self-agency, and meaningful transformation. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults seeking support with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
Your first session is about connection and understanding. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like to feel differently about. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive—we'll work together to clarify your goals and find a path forward that makes sense for your life. We'll move at your pace and you'll have the chance to see whether my approach feels like the right fit. Therapy works best when trust is present.
I believe you already hold the wisdom needed for change—my role is to help you uncover and strengthen it. I work collaboratively, walking alongside you as you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more stable and fulfilling. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult relationship, or simply a season of life that feels heavier than it should, I'll meet you where you are with compassion and without judgment. Our work together will be structured but flexible, always centered on what matters most to you.
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges—particularly those whose struggles are rooted in earlier experiences, stress, or environments that didn't offer much support. Many of my clients are insightful, self-aware people who still find themselves overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can't quite break, or disconnected from a version of themselves they'd like to get back to. Some have tried therapy before and are looking for something that goes a little deeper. My ideal client is open to exploring not just what they're feeling, but why—and is ready to build practical tools alongside that self-understanding. They may be reassessing relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply trying to feel more like themselves again. I offer both structure and depth: concrete strategies for managing anxiety and low mood, alongside reflective work that helps shift the deeper patterns driving them. If you've been waiting for the right time to reach out, this might be it. I'm here when you're ready.
