Hi, I’m Stephanie—a therapist who helps overwhelmed parents of young children (ages 6 and under) feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in how they show up.
If you’re navigating the sleep-deprived, overstimulating, “why is my child melting down again?” years (been there!), or moving through a major life change and worried about how it’s impacting your child, you’re in the right place.
I specialize in the emotional side of early parenthood—helping parents understand both their child’s behavior and their own patterns, triggers, and emotional responses through a developmental, relationship-based lens. Many of the parents I work with come in feeling stretched thin—burnt out, reactive, guilty, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they swore they’d break. If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone—and it makes sense given how much you’re carrying. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, less reactive in hard moments, and more confident in how you respond to your child.
My name is Kristin but you can call me Nikki. I am a licensed therapist and have worked in a variety of settings with a large population of all demographics. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHS, eating disorders, mood disorders, intrapersonal relationships, childhood trauma, trauma, grief, complex grief,
relationship issues, and LGBTQ+-related issues. I work with a variety of modalities and use a client-centered approach to help my clients overcome obstacles, process trauma, and reduce symptoms with healthy coping and management techniques.
Dedicated and compassionate counselor ready to help get you back on track and in control of your life. Expertise in working with individuals suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), domestic and sexual abuse, stress related disorders, anxiety disorders, major depression, grief counseling, and with those in acute crisis who may attempt suicide. Specialized knowledge and understanding of crisis thinking. Strong communicator with keen perceptivity that allows me to develop possible solutions and suggestions to help clients gain practical insight into their situations. A passion for helping others return to their personal centers, to regain emotional balance, and to reach a state of calmness where communication can take place and healing may begin.

Hello and Welcome! I'm Lauren.
I understand that engaging in therapy, especially if it's the first time, can feel intimidating. You've taken the first step by being here, on this page, and I'd like to introduce myself to help you feel a little more comfortable. I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults having trouble with adjustment, stress management, depression, relationships, and more.
Therapy is not one size fits all. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to CBT, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. Using a client-centered approach, I will work to build a trusting relationship, where you can feel comfortable sharing and working on your goals together. I look forward to meeting and learning about you soon!
Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
