Hi, I’m Kelly. I became a therapist because I wanted to go deeper than symptom management and help people truly heal. I work with clients who are tired of just surviving and want to understand the root of what’s keeping them stuck — especially those carrying old trauma, stress, or self-blame that never got a chance to be processed. I believe compassion is the gateway to real change. My style is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned. You won’t find judgment or quick fixes here — you’ll find someone who shows up fully with you, helps you make sense of your inner world, and supports you as you heal patterns that once felt unchangeable. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that developed to survive, strengthen the adult self, and gently work through early wounds using approaches like EMDR, parts work, and early trauma protocols. My clients often tell me they feel understood for the first time — not rushed, not minimized, but truly seen. If you’re wanting to feel better but aren’t sure how to get there on your own, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you, slowly and safely, toward the life you’ve been trying so hard to build.
In the first session, we will discuss what you are struggling with along with my treatment approach. We will make the decision collaboratively as to whether we will be a good fit together.
I enjoy helping people to reconnect with themselves. I also enjoy helping them to learn how to navigate their emotional lives. I believe in utilizing the Mind-Body connection to help my clients grow and heal. I believe in thinking outside of the box. I will tailor my approach to fit your needs. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy finding new, innovative ways to help people in my work.

EMDR is a highly effective modality for rapid resolution of issues. EMDR is an evidenced based treatment for PTSD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, Phobias, Acute Stress Disorder and Adjustment Disorder, and Somatic Symptoms and Medically Unexplained symptoms.
I use Direct Neurofeedback as a bottom-up approach to help you with calming down your nervous system and to help you to optimize your progress.
I use DBT interventions to help you to develop coping skills to use in every day life. DBT is useful for improving emotional regulation.
I use Mindfulness therapy to help you to improve your relationship to your emotional life.
