Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, stress, and life changes. My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and practical. We’ll talk through what’s going on, but also focus on tools you can actually use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself and more confident moving forward.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, while also feeling supported to grow in meaningful ways. I have experience working with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they want to be. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. My approach is collaborative, open-minded, and grounded in both compassion and honesty. I integrate evidence-based practices to help you build practical tools while also exploring the deeper roots of your experiences.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve led treatment programs in both residential and outpatient settings, which has strengthened my ability to support clients with complex needs and a wide range of experiences. Clients often describe me as genuine, supportive, and easy to talk to. I also believe in being direct when it’s helpful, offering reflection and insight in a way that supports real change, not just short-term relief.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through past experiences, or trying to better understand yourself, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while keeping your goals and values at the center of our work.

I obtained my master’s degree from Florida State University, but faced many challenges with that. Some struggles in life peak during adolescence and I was no stranger to that. Transitions were not my friend, I had to overcome many relational, financial, and educational difficulties that grew me to understanding personal struggles.

I strive to provide an environment that is non-judgmental and accepting of where you are in your process while helping you get to where you want to be. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist clients in exploring relationships among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a modality that assist in how trauma is seen and processed. I have worked the better part of my career assisting in trauma processing, clients have been sexually abused, physically abused, or have suffered from significant loss.
I believe counseling is a journey towards healing. If you are willing to allow me on this journey with you to master any conflict in your life, I am ready when you are!
You are not alone and here is a safe space!

I have more than 10 years practicing psychotherapy and Behavior Analysis with children, adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses.
I want you to know that the most difficult decision in life is asking for help and by taking the time to do some searching and reaching out, deserves a lot of self-admiration and self-credit of empowerment. I am a true believer that with a little help, anybody can accomplish great things and achieve most of their personal goals in life by implementing changes.
As a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Reveal 2 Heal, I am dedicated to empowering women to navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My mission is clear: to help you reveal the things that may be stopping your healing. In our work together, we’ll uncover what lies beneath the surface—those aspects of your life you may be avoiding—because I believe that true healing begins when we face what needs to be revealed.
I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.
