Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to counseling. I will ask questions about your background, current challenges and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Understanding this helps me tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will start creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer sense of direction, how we conduct your sessions and how we can work together toward lasting change.

With over 16 years of experience working with individuals, couples, teens and families, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and strength-based approaches to help client gain insight, build resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.
