I've worked with clients with substance use issues in the child welfare system, high risk adolescents, in the school system, and adult outpatient. I believe in treating a person holistically and drawing from strengths that they may already possess. With this approach, clients are able to help uncover their abilities, use their support system or gain assistance in developing one, and make long-lasting changes. I use a variety of evidence based practices that draw from CBT, solution focused, ACT, and DBT, and others. I also take a trauma informed approach. I have a goal of owning my own practice but set up as a therapeutic coffee shop. I am available in person and via telehealth on evenings and weekends only.
