Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Existential Therapy when appropriate to focus on meaning and purpose in my client's lives.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life in my work and in multiple settings in Florida. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, or the weight of self-doubt, my commitment is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and wisdom. This isn’t about fixing you—because you aren’t broken. It’s about empowering you: to honor your feelings, reclaim your confidence, and move forward in ways that align with your truth. Hello! I am Valeria Gaig Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, where I have lived for more than 8 years. I received my master's degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and I have been practicing this profession for 31 years. My clients are of all ages, and I am interested in working to build a life project according to each person's available possibilities, leaving states of anguish, depression, or anxiety that prevent them from being happy and becoming the best versions of themselves.
I’m a counselor who believes that healing begins with connection—with yourself, your pain, and the meaning you give to your life. My approach is rooted in existential therapy, which means I help people explore the deeper “why” behind their struggles, choices, and patterns. Together, we look at questions of purpose, freedom, and authenticity—not as abstract ideas, but as living experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
At Rogue Counseling, I work with people who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to be. Maybe you’re tired of running from discomfort, or maybe you’re just ready to live with more intention. I don’t see therapy as fixing what’s broken—I see it as helping you reconnect with your own agency and meaning, even in the face of uncertainty.
My style is direct but compassionate. I draw from philosophy, psychology, and the realities of being human in a messy, complex world. I believe humor, curiosity, and courage belong in the therapy room just as much as pain and vulnerability.
If you’re ready to explore your own story and live more freely within it, I’ll walk that path with you—one honest conversation at a

We are all facing difficult challenges in this life and often we find ourselves unsure of where to turn or what to do. We can all too easily get stuck in a rut and can use a little nudge to get us out and moving again. I'm glad you have taken the first step in seeking help. Counseling can seem a daunting endeavor but it can also be very beneficial and rewarding as a means to better understanding of ourselves. My hope is that you will continue reading about me and be able to gain an understanding and a comfort in us partnering together on your journey.
My name is Mike and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Throughout my career, my goal has been to help others to better understand the difficulties they are facing and find a path to work through those challenges. I accomplish this goal by openly and without judgement, meeting the client where they are. My approach includes principles from multiple theorists, each having their own benefits dependent on the issues that are being faced. Our focus will be on the present, the here and now. When necessary as part of developing better understanding, we will look at past events and triggers for how they have informed the present, but we are in the present. We will work collaboratively to better understand current problems, we'll set realistic goals for progress and develop skills necessary to not only overcome current issues but face future concerns as well.
My areas of practice include working with blended families, intimacy issues, infertility/adoption decisions, grief and loss, stages of life, as well as compassion fatigue/care giver issues along with anxiety, stress, and depression.
You've taken the important first steps in this journey to a healthier you. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you but ultimately whether you choose to work with me or another counselor I hope you are able to gain a better understanding of yourself and create brighter future.
Best wishes, Mike
If you are struggling, I’d like to offer a safe space where honesty and authenticity are values and encouraged. You don't need to waste time worrying about stigmas or perceptions, because seeing a therapist doesn't mean that anything is inherently wrong with you or that you don't have the capacity to solve your own problems. Family and friends can be incredible sources of support, but they often can feel compelled to "fix" the problems we discuss with them which can lead to us not wanting to burden them and, in turn, just holding on to things. I can offer an objective take, totally free from any judgment or expectations. Let's talk!
I’m Janet Martinez, a Licensed Psychologist with 17 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and emotional regulation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on building emotional resilience, improving communication, and promoting lasting change.
I want to start by connecting with you in a safe space. I believe growth comes from the courage to face its truth and challenging circumstances in a safe and supportive environment. My role as a therapist is to respect your life experiences and explore the support you need for individual internal growth. My therapy approach provides unique ways to identify what changes you want to embrace and assist you in tapping into your inner strength. My intrinsic style is a genuine humanistic approach, and I encourage clients to take advantage of their ideas through individual reorientation. I want my client to visualize that their therapist has a big flashlight so they can navigate their potential to have a more balanced approach in their everyday life.

My path to becoming a mental health provider started with a deep interest in understanding people’s inner worlds and how early experiences shape who we become. I’ve always been drawn to helping others feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during difficult times. Throughout my graduate training, I had the opportunity to work in community mental health and high school counseling settings. Those experiences exposed me to a wide range of clients, from young adults navigating identity & stress to individuals coping with long-standing patterns of emotional pain. I found myself drawn to working with clients who experienced depression and anxiety because these conditions can be so isolating & yet so treatable with the right kind of support.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist based in Miami, Florida, with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional challenges. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and depression, and I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a safe place to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—and to begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you need, we’ll work together to help you feel more in control, more empowered, and more connected to yourself and the people you care about.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. That means we might gently challenge self-critical thinking, find new ways to manage anxiety or stress, or work on setting healthy boundaries in relationships. I also draw from systems theory in my work with couples and families, helping clients recognize how past dynamics may be influencing present struggles—and how to build new, healthier ways of relating.
My clients often tell me they feel a sense of relief just being able to speak openly, without pressure to have all the answers. I believe therapy is not about fixing you—because you're not broken. It’s about giving you the space and tools to care for yourself in a deeper way.
If you’re ready to begin this process, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Georgia. My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for teens and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, community violence, gender identity, and depression. I approach the therapeutic relationship with an acute sensitivity and respect for multi/cross-cultural factors. My clinical experience includes working with a diverse population which includes race, youth, families, and adults given my firsthand experience in navigating generational and cultural differences. Representation for minority groups in the broader world of mental health is still very small, and my own professional goals include creating more intersection between my personal knowledge of western cultures and professional experience in providing mental health support. My experience is varied and across settings, as I have provided individual and family therapy in community mental health agencies, school settings and day treatment facilities. I believe that we are all products of our closest relationships, our environment, our family systems, and every moment that leads to the present us. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you, with compassion, respect, and warmth. My therapy style and approach draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Structural systems. A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and calibrate treatment and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals. Whether you are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom-relief and improved functions, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it! It takes a lot of strength and will power to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you and empower you.

We can have difficulties after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions while navigating through life. For parents, it can be overwhelming for children dealing with behavioral issues and/or emotional problems. You are not alone! Here at Helping Hands, clients experience trauma healing through the word of God. As a trained therapist, I empower my clients by unpacking the cores of their trauma including generational cycles and spiritual issues. I help my clients with tools that they can apply according to the word of God. During this process of assisting my clients, I guide them to receive healing through Christ.
My counseling modalities are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with children and adolescents with emotional neglect, abandonment, PTSD, depression, and oppositional defiant/ behavioral issues. I work with adults (females only) with unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, parental trauma, generational cycles, spiritual issues, narcissism abuse, emotional abandonment, father and mother wound, relationship issues, sexual abuse and depression.
