Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Florida and Maine with over 10 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with adults and teens struggling with issues related to stress and coping with life’s changes, anxiety, trauma, identity, body image, self-esteem, and LBTQIA+. I earned my undergraduate degree from Mary Baldwin University in Staunton Virginia where I majored in Sociology. I continued my education at Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts and earned my master's degree in Social Work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse. I completed both my undergraduate (BSSW) & my graduate (MSW) studies at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. I have spent the majority of my career as a clinician working with the same underserved populations and communities I grew up in treating addictions and mental health disorders.

I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I have a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Education. I am also a certified Pet Bereavement Specialist. I am very flexible with scheduling.
