As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, it is my mission to cultivate a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment where healing can take place. For over 10 years, I have provided compassionate psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and senior adults enduring a myriad of social and emotional life stressors. I utilize evidence-based treatment and strategies proven to provide effective outcomes, customizing my approach to meet the needs of each unique individual and circumstance.
Hello
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana and licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina. I received my master’s in psychology and mental health counseling from Marist College in Poughkeepsie. NY. I have been practicing for 20 years. I work with clients ages 13 and above helping to manage trauma as well as other stressors from life and teach coping skills to not just manage symptoms but live the best version of the clients self.
Most of the women I work with look fine from the outside. You handle things. Underneath, you're exhausted, or you can't tell what you actually want anymore, or you react in a way that doesn't match the moment and replay it all night. Sometimes there's a clear event behind it. Sometimes a hundred smaller ones you never called trauma. This is what I've seen countless times in my 15 years of experience in the world of mental health. People don't heal because someone hands them the right insight. They heal when they can say the true thing out loud and not get managed, fixed, or flinched away from. I'm warm, I'm direct, and I won't be shocked by anything you tell me.
Talking about what happened often isn't enough, because trauma lives in the nervous system as much as in memory. I use Internal Family Systems to help you get curious about the parts of you that took over because they had to; the one that overworks and shuts down. I add in DBT skills when you need something concrete, and somatic work to stay present without flooding. I use Solution-Focused Therapy on the days you need a concrete action plan. And other days, we will just allow our time together to unfold without a plan. Because the magic of therapy happens in the organic moments. You set the pace.
To the incredible women seeking strength and healing: if you're yearning for empowerment, resilience, and a transformative journey, reach out. Let's navigate this path together. Your story is significant, and I am here to be your ally and guide. The first step toward healing begins with your outreach.

I have worked as a school, mental health, medical, and military social worker. I have a Master's and Doctorate degrees in Social Work. Hello, my name is Angie, and I would be honored to hear your story and experiences. As a social worker, I have a strong ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport. I have been working in the field for 12 years and have been a LICSW since 2021. I believe it's important to engage actively in therapy and put in the necessary effort to make changes that will help you reach your goals. I often use humor and seem to have the ability to make people feel like they are talking to a friend...albeit a friend that is very honest, sometimes sarcastic, can challenge you, accept you, fight for you, and sometimes make you mad. Thankfully, it's all part of the process of making sustainable changes!
I attended training to work specifically with law enforcement, veterans, and other first responders. I was an embedded social worker in a MN police department for 3 years.
I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on your individual needs. Some examples include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself in delivering non-judgmental, empathetic, individualized services to ensure the therapy experience is created for you.

I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, careers, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” In our sessions, I provide a safe space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and work through stress, trauma, or burnout.
I also work closely with children and families navigating emotional struggles, behavioral challenges, or communication breakdowns. With a trauma-informed approach, I guide parents in understanding behaviors and building strategies that restore connection and peace at home.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today.
I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.
I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. If you would like more information about me or getting an emotional support animal evaluation completed, please visit my website at instillinghopepsychotherapy.com.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you're facing and work together to uncover your strengths. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or looking to break old patterns, I am here to walk that path with you.
My background in counseling and behavior analysis allows me to look at your journey through two lenses: one of deep empathy for your experience, and another of practical insight into the habits and patterns that shape your daily life. With over 25 years of professional experience, I offer a steady hand and a seasoned perspective to help you find clarity and peace of mind.

Hi there! I'm Dorian.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida - a Jax native with a recent move south to the Space Coast. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2014 focusing on clinical social work.
I approach therapy with flexibility and adaptability, focusing on what will best align with you, the client. But, of note, I do so very casually, honestly, conversationally, and course, hilariously (the latter, though subjective, has been confirmed. By me.) . Opening yourself up to therapy can be intimidating! A bit scary! But there's no requirement stating you must dread it.
Through my views on mental health, self help, and all kinds of therapy - combined with, well, my personality - it seems that I've become adept at a sort of "stealth therapy." Admittedly self-defined, I'd best explain this by saying that sessions are conversational, instead of a "traditional" therapist-role to client-role back and forth.
Just kidding. But, I approach therapy in a way I . I don't speak in riddles, and I won't pretend that I know you better than you know you. I listen, I hear your words -- your input has value and I will never dismiss you or your concerns.

I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, empathy, and respect is one of my highest priorities. I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and that meaningful growth occurs at an individual pace.

I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences. I am passionate about:
Preparing engaged couples for marriage and helping married couples build healthy marriages.
Supporting individuals through grief, divorce, separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges.
If You Desire Faith-Based Counseling
For clients who request Christian counseling, biblical principles and prayer may be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process while also utilizing evidence-based clinical approaches.
