Life can feel chaotic, stagnant, or going backwards. when this happens it hard to find a a way back to ourselves and push forward. I immediate felt comfortable and safe, which I have never experienced with a therapist before. She is an amazing listener and I definitely feel she will help me make progress with my current struggles.
