I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it.
Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma.
I love being a therapist! It’s humbling to be a part of my clients’ lives as they heal, grow, and go after their goals.

I am not just a therapist, I am also a wife, mother, former military spouse, sister, Disney adult, and so much more. I love to work with others by getting to know them as a whole person, understanding the systems they live in, and how they interact with the world. Together, we can discover and explore the challenges you are experiencing and work to get you back on track. I will work with you to understand your areas of need and help identify your strengths and how to best use them in your life.

In therapy, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself openly, process what you’ve been through, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand that treatment works. I also know what it feels like to carry crippling anxiety, to feel weighed down by trauma we don’t fully understand, to blame ourselves for feeling depressed, and to wonder if we’ll ever find a way forward. Those struggles have shaped me, and they’ve given me a deep passion for helping others find hope, healing, and strength in their own stories.

Hello there, I wish to greet you as you walk the path for a kinder tomorrow & self-actualization. Oftentimes, tomorrows can be overwhelming; filled with both potentials and uncertainty. I view tomorrows as a garden that needs tending in the present so the most lush potentials can grow. Gardens require emotional work that you may be unable to do alone for any number of reasons. This is why I offer my assistance. Not as a head gardener telling you what to do, or staff blindly following you, but as a comforting presence at your side to help you walk through your path and plants seeds for your desired tomorrows.
My areas of expertise include emotional difficulties, depressive disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, and personal growth/development. While these are the areas of expertise for myself, I maintain that therapy is not a “one way street” so to speak. I, as your therapist, walk with you to provide support and tools as you move towards your ideal self.
I believe that all people deserve tomorrows that are brighter than their todays, and I hope I can assist you on that first step in planting your better tomorrow. For all my clients, I wish to one day sit with them in the beautiful garden they have created. To enjoy the fruits of their success, and perhaps share a lovely cup of tea with them. Let's begin your journey!

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process—where your voice is valued and your goals guide the work we do together.
I also bring a personal understanding of the recovery process, which allows me to meet clients with both clinical expertise and authentic empathy. Whether you’re newly sober, returning to recovery, or just starting to question your relationship with substances, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and real support every step of the way.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, practicing social work and case management since 1996. I have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, residential, jail, nursing homes, and case management in client homes. I currently run intensive outpatient groups as well as individual counseling with individuals of all ages. I believe that movement and change is essential to growth and practice this personally and encourage it professionally. I have a passion for walking alongside my clients and provide tools to help them navigate through life challenges and come out the other side a stronger and more balanced person. I believe that without change there would be no butterflies.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, I received my Master's degree from Florida Atlantic University, and I have been practicing for about 5 years. I help adults with a variety of concerns, from simply becoming a better and more effective version of themselves to struggling with mood or anxiety disorders, substance use or addiction, relational and attachment conflict, or educational and career stressors. I'll meet you where you are and we we can agree on your treatment goals based on what prompted you to seek therapy. We'll then focus on one issue (or more, related issues) at a time to promote your growth to the best version of yourself, over time.
