Hello and welcome to my practice. My name is Cathleen. I earned my Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years. I have years of experience working with individuals and families going through a multitude of issues. I like to help people navigate through their life's challenges and fulfill their life's dreams.
I am Jennifer McCollum, a licensed counselor specializing in grief, resilience, and complex life transitions. My practice supports an eclectic mix of adults, children, and families navigating trauma, loss, and personal growth. As a Gold Star Spouse and school system veteran, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and lived understanding. Together, we slow down, process the heavy chapters, and find your footing.
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a strong commitment to helping individuals thrive. I have served in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles-therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor-and have worked in diverse settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, mental health centers, schools, and most recently, private practice. Licensed as an LPC in Colorado and an LMHC in Florida, I am committed to providing effective, compassionate care that is both present-focused and future-oriented—helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions? Like no one truly sees you or understands what you are going through? Maybe you find you find yourself questioning your worth, putting pressure on yourself to perform, or struggling to quiet that critical inner voice.

* I am never enough and somehow always too much.*
* I have always felt like the black sheep of the family.*
Does this sound familiar?
From the outside, you look like you have it all together, but on the inside it feels like a completely different story. You may feel worn down by constant worries and sadness, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might not even remember a time when things felt easier. But one thing is clear: you are ready for relief. You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.
I am a therapist who has helped individuals develop positive coping skills to overcome barriers that have kept them from reaching their goals in life. I often hear from my clients, (especially from men) that they wished that they had not postponed treatment after starting services with me. By actively listening to your concerns, worries, and issues that keeping you from your goals, you and I will get to work on overcoming those barriers.

I am ready to meet you where you are and work together to cultivate your dreams.

Hi there! I'm Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years human service and social work experience - including experience on the frontline working child abuse investigations. I transitioned to clinical private practice 4 years ago. I don’t run a sterile, academic practice. My work is deeply rooted in evidence-based science, but our sessions are designed to feel like a real, natural conversation focused on practical, real-world results.
I run a warm, accepting space built specifically for anyone who is feeling completely overburdened and just plain tired of pretending they have it all together. When your daily environment, career, or life stage demands total strength, life's challenges and transitions become infinitely heavier to carry on your own. That’s why my approach is straightforward, honest, and entirely focused on helping you let down your guard so you can focus on your own mental wealth and recovery.
I am the right fit for those navigating high-pressure realities. My background includes specialized training in trauma, including supporting military personnel, first responders, their spouses, and other public service workers who carry the heavy weight of frontline cultures. I am equally a match for teenagers and young adults navigating the modern grind—those juggling school, career transitions, social pressures, and the exhausting expectation to have their entire identity figured out right now.
My name is Neidy (like LADY with an N - pronounced Nay-D).
My approach combines a few different therapies, but at its core, it is practical, collaborative, and focused on your goals.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. This means we will look at how your current thought patterns might be keeping you stuck, while actively focusing on what you want your future to look like and the strengths you already have to get there.
Hi, I’m Jose, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University in 2019 and became licensed in 2022. I have several years of experience in community mental health, working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as providing crisis intervention for individuals at high risk of psychiatric hospitalization.
I also work with adults navigating work-related stress, financial strain, PTSD, and trauma connected to their careers. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and create lasting positive change.
I believe that to truly understand ourselves in the present, we need to explore the experiences that shaped us and how they continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself openly, process what you’ve been through, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand that treatment works. I also know what it feels like to carry crippling anxiety, to feel weighed down by trauma we don’t fully understand, to blame ourselves for feeling depressed, and to wonder if we’ll ever find a way forward. Those struggles have shaped me, and they’ve given me a deep passion for helping others find hope, healing, and strength in their own stories.
The clients who thrive in my care are those who are ready to grow—willing to unravel the complexities of their past, strengthen their voice, and step into a deeper sense of pride in who they are becoming. If you’re feeling stuck but still holding on to even a spark of hope, therapy can help you nurture it into something brighter. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
I began my professional career in 2005 working as a caseworker helping children and families maintain safe and healthy environments as well as financial stability. Since then I have completed masters degrees in counselor education and clinical counseling and was first licensed as a professional counselor in 2014. I'm currently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. In my career, I've been privileged to serve many individuals in crisis, community based, and outpatient counseling settings. I've worked with individuals experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, addiction, trauma, and severe and debilitating mental health issues. Also, as a gender and sexually diverse member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am well suited to address the unique needs of individuals exploring ideas related to their own gender and sexuality or that of a loved one.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Carlos Albizu University, earned in 2021. With over three years of experience, I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I’m dedicated to helping clients build skills, find clarity, and feel more in control of their lives.
I am a clinician who leads with empathy, authenticity, and emotional safety. My approach combines evidence-based strategies, such as CBT, with a humanistic and compassionate style that helps clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I create an inclusive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming space where teens and adults can explore anxiety, burnout, identity-related concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm without fear of judgment.
Do you want change but are skeptical about receiving therapy? Changes in our lives can be intimidating, especially when we're uncertain about how to resolve our issues or about who to trust for assistance. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and (OEF) "Operation Enduring Freedom" Marine Corps Veteran, I not only understand this struggle but have successfully treated various clients who used to feel that same way. Furthermore, I've also learned that more than one approach is often necessary to effectively resolve multiple issues a client may be facing, which is why I use an Integrative Therapy approach. This effective multimodal-approach does the following:
1) Employs various interventions and strategies from multiple psychological perspectives
2) Allows clients the benefit of experiencing a tailor-made treatment that helps address primary and unique concerns they're experiencing and
3) Inclusively treats challenges from various angles so that underlying issues can be resolved in a supportive environment.
As we work as a team, you will gain the tools, insight, and support needed to strengthen your resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and unlock your full potential. Through growth, mindfulness, and perseverance, you will become more empowered to overcome challenges, achieve meaningful goals, and create a healthier, more fulfilling quality of life.

Finding the right therapist can feel a lot like finding your favorite cozy sweater—it needs to feel like the right fit. I work closely with clients to build genuine rapport and create a space where they feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges with openness and trust. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree from the University of North Florida and ten years of clinical experience. I specialize in helping adults navigate major life transitions, manage burnout, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel most authentic and grounded. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, crafting, and exploring local coffee shops with my family. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey toward growth, balance, and meaningful change.
I integrate modalities to facilitate a collaborative space to help you get unstuck, break repetitive patterns and overcome your struggles towards a more fulfilling life. I will help you to gain insight, relate past to present while learning skills through practices that have proven to be effective. I have helped clients overcome panic resolve trauma, improve relationships and find meaning after loss.
I have more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field trained at the doctoral and master's levels. My purpose is to create a safe and transformative space based on therapy modalities focused on skills learning, insight, and emotional processing. I am trained and worked in Brazil as well as in the US in a variety of mental health programs from schools, correction, hospitals and private practice. I provide therapy in English and Portuguese.
Hi, I’m Dan Hoefling (he/him), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, trauma specialist, and the founder of New Chapter Mental Health Counseling. I provide active, collaborative virtual therapy for adults across New York, Florida, and Vermont who feel stuck in repetitive loops of anxiety, childhood trauma, or intense emotional triggers like anger. My clients often describe me as patient, deeply listening, and grounded, but I am not the kind of therapist who just nods along silently while you vent.
My approach is highly active and integrative, blending Internal Family Systems parts work with somatic, body-centered awareness and mindfulness tools. I believe that your current struggles, whether that looks like a harsh inner critic, an automatic defensive reaction, or a constant state of physical restlessness, are simply survival strategies that your system built to protect you. Outside of my clinical credentials as a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my background in yoga and meditation heavily shapes how I work. I don't see you as a list of symptoms to be fixed, but as a whole person capable of deep resilience. Together, we work to safely step out of survival mode, replace self-blame with genuine curiosity, and help you author your next chapter.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
Relax. This is a space where you don't have to mask, perform, or be 'on.'
You can expect real conversation, thoughtful questions, clear strategies you can actually use, and gentle but straightforward pushback. I specialize in ADHD (ADHD-CSSP certified) and anxiety. I also focus on burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions, among many other topics. I work with many LGBTQ+ clients.
Practicing therapy since 2021.

Greetings! My name is Charnasta (shar-NAS-tah) Watson and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here in the state of Florida. I earned my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and my master's degree in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University. My name is Algelis Gonzalez, though I am commonly known as Al. My motivation to become a therapist stems from my personal journey. This curiosity has driven me to understand the reasons behind our behaviors, both positive and negative. Throughout my career as a therapist, I continue to learn and grow, drawing from the vast knowledge available in the field.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients embrace their true selves, regardless of their personality traits—whether they are humorous, quiet and shy, hesitant to trust, or feeling frustrated with the world. I believe that everyone is welcome in my practice. Recognizing that none of us are perfect and that we are all striving to make sense of life’s complexities, I focus on exploring my clients’ experiences with respect and understanding. I am a certified trauma informed yoga teacher who uses somatic therapy to help clients reIieve stress, manage anxiety, alleviate chronic pain and find mind body balance. I have worked with Individuals who need help managing stress, anxiety and depression. I help them learn strategies that help them feel better and lead better lives.
I am a licensed mental health counselor providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and families in a supportive and collaborative environment. My practice is grounded in a person-centered approach, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for change.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. In sessions, I support clients in exploring their thoughts and emotions, gaining insight into patterns that may be contributing to distress, and identifying realistic and meaningful goals. Using CBT, we focus on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also practicing coping skills, cognitive reframing, and emotional regulation strategies.
Through a Solution-Focused lens, I help clients recognize their existing strengths, resilience, and past successes to guide goal setting and create forward movement. This approach encourages clients to envision their preferred future and take small, achievable steps toward positive change. By combining these approaches, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and experiences.
My goal is to empower clients to increase self-awareness, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in managing life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients are active participants in their growth. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can develop insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I have had a varied and interesting life. As a combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, military spouse, mother, and small business owner, I am well-versed in the demands of life. In every stage, there was someone who helped me put the pieces together to make it work. Those people inspired me to do the same for others. I would be honored to help you.
