Hi there, I am Avia and I am so proud of you for making it this far. If you've mastered the first challenge - you can beat them all! Are you here because you are feeling stuck, defeated by your own feelings, going through some challenges, or wanting to feel like yourself again? Either way - you are in the right place! Here we'll work together to identify what doesn't work and explore creative ways to finding your balance.
