The approach to treatment will vary depending on you and your presenting needs and will be determined following your initial session. Often times, my primary theoretical application of practice is cognitive-behavioral therapy in helping shape and promote healthy mindsets. For clients requiring a more intensive approach, I may also utilize solution focused, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and family systems theoretical orientations.
