Hello. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my masters from Catholic University in Washington DC and have been practicing for 7 years. I help individuals struggling with past trauma, depression, anxiety and lack of fulfillment, find peace in their lives through Buddhist oriented psychology, logo therapy (search for meaning and purpose) and CBT (reframing your negative, unhelpful thoughts into positive, helpful thoughts.
