Welcome! My name is Allison Gradzki, LMHC. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression and mood disorders. I also have experience working with neurodivergent disorders such as Autism, ADHD, and ADD. I am well versed in CBT, DBT, and ERP. I recognize coming to therapy can sometimes be a scary thing leaving many feeling vulnerable and uncertain of change being possible. My approach is to take things slow and work at your pace. Dr Linda McKayle graduated from St. Thomas University, Miami Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Dr. McKayle later pursue her Doctoral Degree at Argosy University and later transferred to the International University for Graduate Studies where she was successful in obtaining her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) with a major in Behavioral Science, Dr. McKayle worked in a number of Mental Health Agencies as well as Dade County Public school System as a Counselor for with children with Severe Emotional Disabilities and other behavioral disorders in the Middle and High School department. Dr McKayle later went on to work as a Treatment Counselor with the Broward Sheriff Department in-custody Drug Treatment Program and later in the Drug Court Outpatient Treatment Program. Dr. McKayle also provides supervision for Mental Health Intern, as a Qualify State Supervisor for the State of Florida. Dr McKayle is a member of the American Counseling Association ( ACA) and The Association for Addiction Professional (NAADAC). Dr. McKayle is dedicated to working with individuals with emotional problems and substance abuse, by utilizing positive interventions designed to address the needs of the client that will prevent successful adjustment to life.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do: 1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done. 2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change. 3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

Welcome! My name is Brittany Neasman. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SW#18348) located in the state of Florida. I provide individual counseling services for mental health concerns. I received my Bachelors degree from Florida International University in Psychology with a Minor in Religious Studies and a certification in Women and Gender Studies in 2015 and a Master of Social Work degree in 2018. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), Trauma-Informed Yoga practice, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

Everyone needs help from time to time, but the hardest step is asking for help. Now that you’re here, you are well on your way to living the life you want. As a therapist, I am a systemic thinker. I use various therapies and techniques such as Narrative therapy, Solution focused brief therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help my clients live better lives. I also encourage my clients to share their faith in therapy as this can often be a huge source of strength in the healing process. I like working collaboratively with my clients to identify the problem(s) causing emotional distress in their life and alternative ways to solve their problems. I enjoy working with teenagers, individuals, couples, families and groups. Some issues I have worked with are anxiety, depression, life - transitions (e.g. school, relocations, physical illnesses), child adjustments, PTSD, and grief.
