My therapeutic approach involves understanding how the patient’s past impacts their current level of functioning and then through this self-awareness, help them make healthier decisions today in order to reach their full potential and live mentally, physically and spiritually healthier lives.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 24 years. I worked as a school psychologist, instructor, therapist, and mindfulness based educator. The results I have seen in working with clients struggling with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression have been so fulfilling! It is so exciting to watch people grow in their awareness, gaining insight into issues that they may have doubted would ever occur, healing old emotional wounds.
