I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work.
My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client.
Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in.
Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed.
TALK|THERAPY LIVE, is a podcast on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmxgzmGXbnqKKizcNu32WuA
of educational videos and live broadcasts addressing behavioral health and relationships. Sometimes with special guests. I have been a helper/healer my entire career and looking forward to this season working with those I can help the most.
So whether it’s life just happening, grief, a relationship starting or ending, relationship issues and specifically if there are struggles with depression, anxiety, or a disorder, REACH OUT…Success in life is about making good decisions. Starting therapy is always a great decision!!
Hello, I am Martin

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas, as well as a Combat Navy Veteran. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma substance use, PTSD, relationship issues, or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you desire; identifying the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back on track.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles, and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change one's life. Let us work together to tackle life challenges and restore the healthy balance that we all enjoy.
I believe that therapy is most successful when the therapist-client rapport is strong and grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding. I specialize in helping high-achieving individuals who want to empower themselves to overcome low self-esteem, body image issues, and eating concerns. I also address mood challenges, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
I offer high-quality, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to you: a combination of insights, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of your attachment style will be incorporated into your therapy. Because one size does not fit all, your therapy will include consistent check-ins to understand what is working well, which modalities you prefer, and which goals are most important to you.
Amy Manko takes a holistic and empowerment based approach in working with children, teens,
adults, and families to overcome their challenges and return to a happier and more peaceful
lifestyle. Her focus is on healing, processing, and providing a balance of understanding, growth
and application of skill to allow a more healthy and productive life. She will explore how past
experiences and relationships impact you today. She will focus on meeting your goals, being
open-minded and nonjudgmental, and staying real and relatable. She is a Florida-qualified
supervisor for MSW-registered interns seeking licensure.
I started this journey with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary social sciences, focusing on
psychology and anthropology. I took a year off to do some self-reflection and personal growth,
before pursuing my MSW. I became a licensed clinical social worker because I wanted to help
other people experience the same restoration of their self connection and relationships. I
discovered that I love to hear people’s stories, and assist in helping them work through any
issues they are experiencing. I have experience in working in the hospice arena, providing grief
and loss counseling to children, adults and families; as well as working in an office setting
working with people struggling with managing emotions, stresses, relationships, grief and loss,
trauma, anxiety and depression, self image and confidence. She understands how chaotic life seems right now as she both has lived it and have walked alongside many on their journey to a better, brighter and lighter tomorrow. Hi! I am Luis Gonzales, a licensed mental health counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor working out of the Tampa area. Having gone through a tragic life altering experience at a young age, I know what it’s like to feel lost and hopeless about the future. Through my journey of recovery I learned firsthand, just how much our thoughts and emotions can become our biggest obstacles in life.

I have worked extensively in substance abuse, with woman's issues (infertility), trauma, couples, gambling, intimacy issues and family therapy. I’m a licensed therapist who supports women who have spent most of their lives being the strong one, the responsible one, and the over-functioner for everyone else. Many of the women I work with grew up emotionally neglected or learned early on that their value came from how much they could carry. I help them reconnect with themselves, feel grounded again, and build a sense of identity and worthiness that isn’t tied to performance, achievement, or constantly being “the strong one.”

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.

My existence with you in the therapeutic space is to allow you the space to grow, experience nurturing, and reevaluate your understood identities.
In life, taking the first step can be scary and uncomfortable. Let me remind you that seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and if you have made it this far...I do believe that you have what it takes to get there. I am here to support you in the process, watch you grow, and stare amazed at the new awakened being that you will become.
Be blessed and release the stress!
I work with women who feel everything deeply—the overthinkers, the emotionally sensitive, and those carrying more than others realize. Many of my clients appear strong and capable on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Using evidence-based therapy, I help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to invest in your healing and growth. I believe we all carry within us the resources we need to enjoy life in a realistic and authentic way. As a psychotherapist, I help people utilize their thinking, speaking and actions to tap into the present moment and move towards greater health and wellness.
I have experience working with mental health diagnosis and treatment In both outpatient and inpatient settings, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and trauma disorder such as PTSD.
A good therapist will not shame or blame you; will not try to become your parent or your buddy. They will cheer you on your journey and at times, help you see yourself in a new and different way. They will not do the work for you. They will help you keep accountable to yourself and the goals you create together in the work. They will encourage clear communication, authenticity, patience and compassion both for yourself and others.
Accountability is a necessary part of any therapeutic relationship. I require at least 24 hours' notice prior to cancelling your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows are subject to a Grow therapy fee of $50. Similarly, if I have to cancel within 24 hours' notice your next session will be free.
The therapy process is engaged, dynamic and can be immensely satisfying. I look forward to your journey and wish you courage, compassion and power!
