Hi, my name is Laura Amelia and I am a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have a wide variety of experiences working with different types of mental health issues but have the most experience helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders or have unresolved trauma. My hope is to provide a safe space for you to process your emotions, develop a deeper understanding of your needs, wants and who you are, and help you make progress in your healing journey. I want to help you reach your fullest potential.
I am an EMDR therapist who tailors the treatment process to your needs. I use motivational interviewing to help you internalize confidence and figure out your why when you are contemplating change. I also integrate attachment theory into the healing experience and facilitate somatic and inner child work. Other modalities used are: CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT tapping.
I am looking forward to listening to your story and joining you in your journey. The road to freedom starts with you when you decide to prioritize your healing, your needs and your well-being. Take that first step today and lets get started!
You’re successful, capable, and used to holding it all together—but inside, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or running on empty.
You’re ready to stop surviving on autopilot and start feeling balanced, grounded, and in control again.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help high performers manage anxiety, prevent burnout, and break patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll identify what’s not working and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and present in your life and relationships.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on you as a whole person. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, or overwhelm, therapy can help you move forward. We’ll focus not only on what’s difficult, but on your strengths, what’s working, and the changes that can help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together. Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
With over 20 years of experience, I use trauma informed, evidence-based therapies designed for the unique challenges couples, individuals and first responders face. Together, we will work to understand your triggers, calm your nervous system, and rebuild the connections that matter most. We will identify the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical strategies that help you feel steady, grounded, and in control again.
Do people constantly need things from you and you feel overwhelmed with the amount of responsibility you have yet feel guilty when you say “no?” Do you snap at your kids or partner and then spiral in shame for hours? Do you grind your teeth at night and walk around with a tight chest and knots in your stomach throughout the day and have just decided it’s your “normal?” I work with women who look successful on the outside and seem to be able to “keep it together” but constantly feel irritable, exhausted, and if we’re being honest, resentful. (And then guilty about feeling resentful.)
My work is designed for women like you, those who are capable, self-aware, who want to be able to give to those they love (without the resentment) and are ready for meaningful change. Together, we move beyond surface-level coping strategies and address the deeper roots of self-sabotage. Through a highly personalized, one-on-one approach, we uncover the unconscious patterns driving these behaviors, strengthen self-trust, and build the internal safety needed to create lasting change.
This is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and fulfilled in a life you’ve already worked hard to build, without burning out or betraying yourself along the way.
I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
Building great relationships is one of the most meaningful aspects of life.

I can't tell you all the answers to life's problems, but together we can come to what the best decision will be for you in particular. Your goals and values are worth exploring. Your likes and dislikes matter. Your happiness is not selfish.

Mental illness is as real as any physical illness. We talk normally about cancer and diabetes, although the same should apply to mental illness. Emotional and mental health are just as important as the physical health of a human being. The emotional trauma that a brain endures in various of the human life cycle can be damaging and in the long run, just as detrimental as a psychical illness.
People donate their organs, but they cannot donate their brains. Some people live with human-made hearts, but there is no such thing as human-made brains. I believe that our brain is the most important organ in our human body, so why don’t we start taking good care of it?
Therapy is not only for people with mental illness. Therapy is for everyone. We all have faced or currently face some hardships in life. Talking to a therapist can help you deeply in improving your mental health, decrease your stress and live with more joy and intention! Make your appointment today!
Hi, I’m Annie, an LMHC who works with women and girls struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and attachment-related patterns in relationships.
Do you find yourself constantly analyzing texts, worrying about how you’re perceived, or feeling overly responsible for others’ emotions? Maybe you struggle to set boundaries or feel anxious when there’s distance in your relationships. These patterns can feel exhausting—but they’re also understandable.
In our work together, we’ll explore where these patterns come from and how they’re showing up in your life today. I combine insight-oriented work with practical tools so you can better manage anxiety, build secure relationships, and feel more confident being yourself.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real—where you can show up exactly as you are.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are keeping you from enjoying your life? I believe recovery doesn't have to be grim. I bring playfulness and humor into the room where it fits, because healing often involves finding joy again. My approach is rooted in the belief that your brain is trying to protect you—even when it feels like it's working against you. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your system. Whether you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, low self esteem, coping with difficult personalities, we move at a pace that respects your life's demands.
• No "Resume" Talk: I skip the jargon. We focus on you and what you need to feel safe and get your agency back.
• Playful & Practical: Recovery can be hard, but it doesn't have to be grim. I bring warmth, at times humor, and real-world tools to our sessions.
• Trauma-Informed: I understand that your symptoms are trying to protect you. We work with your brain, not against it.

My name is Elva Sanchez, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I was born in Lima-Peru and moved to moved to South Florida when I was 16 years old. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and then continued to pursue my Master’s Degree at Carlos Albizu University. I love being a therapist and have the opportunity to help people create, build and obtain the best version of themselves.
With over 30 years of public service and a strong foundation in military and clinical care, I bring deep experience, compassion, and understanding to my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
My journey began in the U.S. military, where I served as a medic in hospitals and clinics across the country. There, I witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges—an experience that inspired my lifelong dedication to helping others heal.
Following my service, I spent over two decades in crisis intervention, responding to and supporting individuals in crisis. These years reinforced my belief that empathy, patience, and listening can change lives.
