I work with adults mostly now. I do both individual and couples sessions. I have met some great people along the way and together we were able to make their life better. I am trained in addictions, trauma, solution-focused, CBT, couples and DBT. I use an eclectic approach that best fits the person I am working with.

I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.
