As a mental health provider with over 10 years of experience, I bring a collaborative, solution-focused approach to therapy. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges and find meaningful progress by tapping into their own strengths and insights. I see myself as a guide in the process—supporting and empowering clients as they do the deep, transformative work that leads to lasting change. Witnessing that growth is what energizes and inspires me most in this work.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through CBT I help clients create a structured, goal-oriented approach that emphasizes collaboration in the therapeutical relationship. We work together to explore tools the client needs to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Motivational Interviewing

I utilize MI also as a collaborative, empathetic approach that empowers my clients to find their own reasons for change and to take ownership of their journey. We explore reasons for change to take place including analyzing ambivalence and resistance.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

SFBT helps clients build on their strengths as they explore goals. As a therapist I help clients focus on solutions and achievable goals rather than dwelling on problems.
