I ama licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My practice focuses on supporting people in navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotion dysregulation. Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, clients learn to understand their emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for daily life. Therapy aims to foster resilience, self-acceptance, and meaningful change, empowering clients to live more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, the focus is on getting to know you—your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and the patterns or challenges that feel most important to address. This time is collaborative and conversational, not rushed or clinical, allowing space for questions and comfort at your own pace. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy will look like moving forward and how we can work together toward your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in creating a space that feels both safe and challenging—where clients can be fully seen while also being gently guided toward growth. I combine evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ERP with warmth, humor, and deep curiosity to help clients understand their patterns and make meaningful change. Sessions focus on practical tools and real-life application, ensuring progress extends beyond the therapy room. Clients often share that they leave feeling grounded, understood, and more capable of handling life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Do you want to feel more in control of your emotions, your body, and your life—but something keeps getting in the way? Maybe it’s the eating disorder voice, the anxiety that won’t quiet down, or the constant pressure to be “enough.” You’re tired of repeating the same patterns and ready for things to feel different, even if you’re not sure where to start. In our work together, we’ll make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface and build tools that actually help—ones that feel grounded, compassionate, and real. My role is to help you untangle the chaos, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels calmer, more confident, and genuinely yours.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is integrated throughout treatment to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. Sessions focus on increasing awareness of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions while building practical coping strategies to support lasting change. CBT interventions are tailored to each client’s goals, promoting insight, skill development, and greater self-efficacy in managing daily challenges.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is utilized to help clients build balance between acceptance and change while developing skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Treatment emphasizes validating current experiences while guiding clients toward more effective coping and communication strategies. DBT techniques are integrated to support clients in reducing impulsive behaviors, increasing emotional stability, and creating a life that feels more manageable and aligned with personal values.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is one of the evidence-based approaches I use to treat anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. ERP helps clients gradually face feared thoughts, feelings, or situations while learning to resist the compulsive behaviors or avoidance patterns that keep anxiety stuck. Through this process, clients build tolerance for distress, reduce the power of intrusive thoughts, and develop greater confidence in their ability to manage uncertainty.

My first appointment was rescheduled which should have been my first indication of a possible issue. The 1st session was ok but I felt a little bombarded by questions which made it feel very clinical and not friendly. Billing was an issue. Danielle was unhelpful and quite dismissive about this so I ended canceling future appointments since neither she nor the insurance could tell me how much it was going to be. The estimate was $0-$25 but the first appointment cost me $180
