I can totally relate to what you are going through. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Syndrome, an autoimmune disorder that mimics depression and bipolar, multiple sclerosis, and stage three chronic kidney disease. For a while, I never wanted to leave my house, get out of bed and found it difficult to face the day. I was able to overcome so many things and so can you. I always encourage my clients to get a medical check-up prior to mental health treatment to rule out any physical health symptoms.

I have 5 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care in diverse settings, including a non-profit domestic violence shelter and the area school system. I utilize a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT ) and mindfulness-based interventions.
