My name is Julie Mouton,LCSW. I am passionate about helping my clients to reach their goals and get back on track. I enjoy helping my clients to feel better by providing support and helping them to see things from different perspectives. I love what I do and helping my clients to get good results!
In our first session you can expect a warm welcome. You can expect a casual, safe, and comfortable informal conversation where I get to know you and what your concerns are. I want my clients to have a positive experience and to feel seen and heard. I also provide encouragement and support.
My strengths as a therapist are my ability to deeply listen, show care, and truly understand their feelings. I also deeply respect for the wishes of my clients.
I work well with clients who have a tendency towards overthinking. I help them to work through their Anxiety and think in a way that helps them rather than hurts them. I also enjoy helping people working with people who struggle with self esteem and body image issues to help them to make peace with themselves and work on self compassion and acceptance.
I work with clients on becoming more intentional and present. Now a days everyone is so busy that it is hard to drown out the constant stress and noice. I help clients to be able to to stay present and live in moment.
I enjoy working with people who have a faith background or are wanting to reconnect to that part of themselves. I approach therapy from a client centered approach so that I can meet you where you are from a kind and gentle place to help create a safe space to process things and to do the work to help you heal.
