What effect do you hope that therapy will have on your life? Are you looking for someone to support you in difficult times? Is it your goal to thrive, rather than just survive? Perhaps you want to explore past events and see how they might be affecting your present.
My name is Teresa, and I would be honored to walk with you as you navigate life. I work with individuals who have taken on the role of caregiver, whether professional or personal, in avoiding burnout and compassion fatigue. I empower others in creating and enforcing boundaries. I also assist individuals in cultivating a strong sense of self-worth. I guide individuals who are processing trauma and provide support and care.
I support individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and religions. I am nonjudgmental and supportive of individuals who are in any stage of recovery from substances or any other addictions. I hope to create a genuine, caring environment (yes, even in teletherapy!) exhibiting acceptance and celebration of who you truly are.
Hi there! Welcome to my practice.
What would your life look like if anxiety, stress, or self-doubt no longer held you back? Do you find yourself overthinking, worrying about everything, or feeling emotionally drained? Life can feel challenging at times, and therapy can be a meaningful place to begin navigating those challenges with support.
You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don't have to have everything figured out to deserve support, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a place where you can finally focus on you.
I believe healing and growth happen one step at a time. Together, we can work toward celebrating the small wins, because those moments often lead to the biggest growth.
I support individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. I bring a compassionate and culturally informed approach to therapy and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to work toward your personal goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I look forward to meeting you and navigating life's challenges together, one step at a time.

Helping patients find their path to a better life is my passion in a confidential setting.
My name is Sharon Ehrlich and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors and a Masters in Social Work. I became licensed two years after I graduated and received this license in the State of Florida. It takes courage to ask for help and I'm so happy that you did. We can work on these goals together and please let me know when you would like to set up a session. :)

Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real.
In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together.
I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving.
Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.
I love the potential benefits therapy can yield. Therapy is about discovery and healing. I have a decade of experience working with counseling services. Hello, I'm Allison. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in private practice since 2018. I previously worked in dual diagnosis treatment centers for addiction/ mental health for seven years. I help individuals, couples and families improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I have frequently been told I'm easy to open up to, and clients often feel relieved that I am more directive than a therapist who listens without guidance. I enjoy cheering on my clients' wins, but also being there for the hard moments, and genuinely love what I do.
Finding relief and reconnecting with a sense of peace is more achievable than it might feel right now—and once you start, the process of change often unfolds more quickly than you expect.

I love to work with others by getting to know them as a whole person, understanding the systems they live in, and how they interact with the world. Together, we can discover and explore the challenges you are experiencing and work to get you back on track. I will work with you to understand your areas of need and help identify your strengths and how to best use them in your life.

Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

My therapy style varies according to the issues presented, and my role as a psychologist is not to judge but to treat people as individuals and provide needed support. I use cognitive-behavioral and reality therapy and am very much in-line with the humanistic approach in all client care. I prefer to be solution-focused and to provide clients with valuable tools that they can use in the future as needed. Decision making strategies and techniques are emphasized. I provide supportive therapy and try to aid in empowering patients in taking confident, measured steps toward where they want to be next in their life path.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or the demands of everyday life? Perhaps you're struggling with emotional exhaustion, caring for a loved one, or navigating a difficult life transition. Whatever you're facing, you deserve a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued.
Hello, I'm Chantale Pierre, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults overcome emotional challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and personalized therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, and major life changes.
My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be holding you back, build effective coping skills, strengthen your emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Florida and I have Master's degrees in both Counseling and Psychology and in Biblical Studies and Theological Foundations. Hi, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 11 years of experience. I have a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of South Florida and I received my master’s degree from Webster University in counseling. With my work in the hospital I have extensive experience helping people struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and life challenges become the best version of themselves.
With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I take an integrated and personalized approach to therapy, honoring each client’s unique journey. My focus is on building a strong foundation of trust and safety, creating space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, we'll work together to find a path to wellness that aligns with your values and goals.
What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or patterns that are hard to break, especially when stress, grief, or addiction has started affecting your relationships, emotions, or daily life. Trying to hold it all together on your own can feel exhausting. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you’re carrying, begin untangling what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional balance.
I work with adults facing anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, and mood-related concerns. Through online therapy, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support healthier patterns and day-to-day functioning.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and challenged in helpful ways while we work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build skills, strengthen resilience, and create a clearer path forward. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
If you are carrying a lot right now, you do not have to sort it out alone.
I'm Frances McMiller, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with nearly a decade of experience, and a certified life coach. I am a faith-based therapist, and my approach is person-centered — which means I meet you exactly where you are, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and seasons of change — the moments when life shifts and you have to find your footing again. Many of the people I work with spend their days caring for everyone else — educators, caregivers, busy women holding a lot together — and are ready to be poured into for a change. If your faith is meaningful to you, we can bring it into our work together; either way, you will find a warm, non-judgmental space here.
I believe everyone's voice deserves to be heard. In our sessions, we will make space to talk openly about what is weighing on you, clarify what you want to change, and build practical strategies you can use in daily life. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling clearer about your next step than when you came in.
You deserve to be healed and whole in this life. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk with you.

Hello, My name is Allison and I've been a practicing LCSW for over 8 years. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I also want to address and work on problems, gain better systemic understanding to work on the roots of how these problems came to be and when they may have really started. I believe we start to form ourselves and experiences in childhood first. That being said we still have to work in the now.
My name is Tahaji Smith. I am currently an MSW graduate, and an LCSW with 20+ years of public service experience. Previously, I worked for 17 years as an Emergency Public Safety Communications Operator for one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the nation, but I decided to pursue a career doing what I love…helping others become the best version of themselves.
If you’re dealing with overwhelming anxiety, ongoing sadness, or feelings of self-doubt, know that you’re not alone. Many people reach moments where moving forward can feel difficult or draining. Therapy offers a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore what may be getting in your way and to gain a deeper understanding of your emotions. Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness, finding relief, and fostering self-acceptance, while working toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
